Chelsea change their manager ever other year on average and it seems to work ok for them. If anything they seem to rely on that new manager bounce every season.
Real Madrid have been pretty trigger happy in the past too and it's not done them any harm.
After having the same guy in charge for 26 years, though, you want to keep that continuity going and have some stability and identity, which you can't have if constantly changing the manager, coaching staff and DOF

Yeah this match with Norwich was a bad performance overall , just a glimpses of individual performance I would mentioned.

The honest truth about Manchester United is that they never really moved forward or planned properly for when Fergie left, the playing staff were woefully short in quality and that remains the case today as United are playing with 1 or 2 superstars and the rest of the side needs major overhaul.
United continue to spend a lot of money on wages and the odd massive purchase (Harry Maguire as an example) but remain on paper lacking the team quality that they once had from 1-11.
Personally i want Man United to be a force again, its good for football but i think they are a long way off and seem to scrape through games and no longer dominate possession.

Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo converted a penalty kick against Norwich (1-0). This is the Portuguese's 91st goal in the Premier League. According to this indicator, he caught up with the former player and coach of the Mankunians Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer. They now tied for 6th on United's top scorers in the Premier League.

these "premier league records" or "history of the premier league" things do my head in - it's like football didn't exist before 1992

Never come back

In 1992–93, they became founder members and inaugural champions of the Premier League, and, in 1998–99, they won an unprecedented Treble of Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League.

Manchester United have an attacking team, and I would love to see Holland on the Manchester United

Atlético wants to sign Martial. Some of the Madrid players may be included in the deal with Manchester United

I believe that the management of the Manchester United knows better and knows better what they want from this specialist. Maybe Solskjaer is a coach for growth. And it will be like Ferguson. But until the team and the game have a result, the coach will be to blame for society in 50% of cases
