It's the first time I've ever seen, honestly, when a team that was dominating played so feckless in a crucial part of the game. New York Islanders is a Playoff level team (unlike Buffalo), so lose to the crisis Sabres at home will be considered a serious failure. Both teams will play with almost optimal lineups. Buffalo will be without left wing Jordan Greenway (from 3rd line), and New York will be without backup goaltender Semyon Varlamov.
