Last bet lost. Terrible play by Tampa Bay goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, who had only 71.4% save percentage. It was his worst game in the last few seasons and yes, I bet on this game. Just unbelievable bad luck in NHL and NFL betting! My betting score is NBA 94-112 in favor of unsuccessful, MLB 101-93 in favor of successful, NHL 2-6 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL+NCAAF 3-9 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: New York Knicks on the road will not lose to Boston Celtics by more than 5 points. I'm so excited that a new NBA season is starting! It feels like it's been 10 years since the last game in the series between Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks. What do we see in Boston before the season starts? First of all, their main center Kristaps Porzingis is injured! This is a really serious loss, as Al Horford didn't get any younger and Luke Kornet is too slow and very limited on offense. New York Knicks got Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns this offseason! Right now their starting five looks as follows: Jalen Brunson (point guard), Josh Hart (shooting guard), Mikal Bridges (small forward), OG Anunoby (power forward), and Karl-Anthony Towns (center with excellent 3-point shooting). Considering Tom Thibodeau is playing without a lot of role players (and we've seen how effective it has been in past Playoffs), I can call New York a real contender this season. Yes, Boston is the Champion, but they didn't get stronger. I think the bookies have overvalued the Celtics in this game. Bet? Sure! :cool:;)

Indiana Pacers @ Detroit Pistons: Indiana Pacers (- 5) /// 1.83

Last bet lost. 29 three-point shots made on 47.5% success rate! This, by the way, is an NBA current record for made three-pointers in a game. Boston was unbelievable, Jason Tatum was cooking the whole game. As for the Knicks, I'm still not seeing the defense that I saw last season. Disappointed, sure, but the Knicks had no chance in this game. My betting score is NBA 94-113 in favor of unsuccessful, MLB 101-93 in favor of successful, NHL 2-6 in favor of unsuccessful, NFL+NCAAF 3-9 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Indiana Pacers on the road will beat Detroit Pistons by 5 points or more. It was a sweep in the regular season last season, and Indiana won all 4 games against Detroit by 8 points or more. The Pistons management really surprised me again. They signed 3 one-way players: Malik Beasley, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Tobias Harris. All of them are catch-and-shooters and only Tobias Harris can be called a defensive-minded player. But if we remember 3 seasons that Tobias Harris played for Detroit in the 2015-2018 seasons and his play on defense (which was absent), I have big doubts that he will be successful as well (as he was last season in Philadelphia). So far, it's not at all clear to me what Detroit's starting five will be this season. But I'm sure we'll see the Pistons at the bottom of the East standings again (probably 11th-14th place). Everything is going great for Indiana! The roster has been kept, everyone is healthy, team chemistry is at a high level, Pascal Siakam had a full training camp with the team. I think Indiana will win comfortably by 8-14 points. Bet? Absolutely! :cool:;)

San Antonio Spurs @ Dallas Mavericks: Dallas Mavericks (- 6.5) /// 1.70

Last bet won. I didn't see anything new from Detroit. Absolutely the same chocker team with no defense as it was last season. And that's despite the fact that Tim Hardaway Jr. played very well on offense. Indiana is certainly a team that has character and they will be in the Playoffs again this season. But in the game against Detroit they didn't show the ease on offense that we saw last season. And for now, that's a problem that will affect the result against stronger teams. But fortunately, this Pacers' level of play was enough to bring us some money! New bet: Dallas Mavericks at home will beat San Antonio Spurs by 7 points or more. Dallas' roster looks very solid! Kyrie Irving, Luka Doncic, Klay Thompson, P.J. Washington and Daniel Gafford/Dereck Lively is the starting five! The Mavericks also have some very quality role players in their roster: Spencer Dinwiddie, Quentin Grimes, Maxi Kleber and Naji Marshall. Only Dante Exum is injured and will not play against San Antonio, but there are too many quality players at his position. Chris Paul and Harrison Barnes have joined the roster of San Antonio. This is definitely a boost, but it's not enough to compete with Dallas. Also San Antonio will not have Devin Vassell due to injury (it's starting shooting guard). The Mavericks made the sweep last season, winning all 4 games against San Antonio. Only one game had a 6 point differential (but that was a road game for Dallas). The second road game Dallas won by 7 points. And in two home games the Mavericks destroyed the Spurs by 23 and 25 points. Bet? Absolutely! :cool:;)

Detroit Pistons @ Cleveland Cavaliers: Detroit Pistons (+ 10.5) /// 1.95

Last bet won. Dallas confidently defeated San Antonio. Yes, the Mavericks had a lot of problems in offense in the first half, but the Spurs were destroyed in the 3rd quarter! Klay Thompson played with a huge desire to prove that he is still a superstar player. And he proved it by making 6 three-pointers on 10 attempts (Klay also had 3 steals, 7 rebounds and 0 turnovers). I'm not a Dallas fan, but I enjoyed the Mavericks game! And he is the coach of Detroit as of this season. Of course, he knows all the Cavaliers weaknesses that only he is aware of! Besides the Pistons didn't lose to Cleveland by more than 10 points last season. All-in-all, as much as I criticize Detroit by calling them "chokers," I can't deny the fact that their roster is very talented. And we all saw how difficult it was for a fully healthy Indiana in last game against Detroit! Also Cleveland has injury problems. Max Strus will definitely not play. And this, I remind you, is the Cavaliers' starting shooting guard. You want to bet? Sure! :cool:;)

Last bet lost. It was 2 points short. And those 2 points were scored by Ty Jerome with 40.1 seconds remaining in the game. Then Detroit missed two three-point shots and the game ended. The prediction was great, the odds were also very high, but it was just bad luck. Kevin Durant has played 39 minutes, while Bradley Beal and Devin Booker have played 35 minutes each. I watched that game and Phoenix had no chance in the second half. Honestly, the Suns have gotten even worse compared to last season. A player who is weak in both defense and offense, handoffs, rebounding, free throws. Absolutely everything! And the saddest thing for Phoenix is that back-up center Mason Plumlee is much worse. Yes, Kevin Durant is in great shape! Yes, Devin Booker is in great shape! But it's not enough, especially against Dallas. I'm expecting a solid win for Dallas. Bet? Bet! :cool:;)

Last bet lost. Well, Dallas had too many fouls. It rarely happens when a team plays well, but constantly violates the rules. It happened with the Mavericks. I won't blame the referees, as they didn't make any serious mistakes, but there were fouls by Dallas players in questionable moments. It's called “home refereeing.” Also Devin Booker (5 assists and 1 turnover) and Tyus Jones (7 assists and 0 turnovers) played too good in the ballhandling. New bet: New Orleans Pelicans on the road will beat Portland Trail Blazers by 5 points or more. This is the best prediction I could find today. Of the last 10 games against each other, New Orleans Pelicans have won by 5 points or more in 8 of them. Zion is back and this is certainly a boost on defense and offense for the Pelicans. New Orleans got a very cool center in the draft, Yves Missi at pick 21, who is just a monster on defense. Portland still has the same roster with the unmotivated Deandre Ayton and the ever-promising Anfernee Simons. This roster has already proven it can't compete in the West. Yes, there is Jerami Grant, who really shows very high quality basketball. But the Trail Blazers have no other strong players. Toumani Camara and Deni Avdija are not players of the starting five level at all. All in all, I expect a very comfortable win for the Pelicans. Bet? Sure! :cool:;)

Last bet lost. Honestly, I've never seen such a weak game from Zion: 3 hits on 12 attempts, 4 assists with 3 turnovers and only 4 rebounds. Yes, Portland hit 40% of their three-point shots and completely won rebounds. That was certainly enough for a comfortable win. All in all, a strange game where the Pelicans roster played somewhere on the level of the Wizards. But at the beginning of the season back-to-backs don't matter much (Phoenix proved that in the game against Dallas). Oh, and Indiana has very young players in their roster who will be fresh for today's game. By the way, Indiana has only 2 times lost to Orlando by more than 7 points in the last 3 seasons. That's a very solid performance! James Wiseman will not play for the Pacers, and Jonathan Isaac will probably not play for Orlando. Almost optimal rosters, so the game will be very interesting. But again the bookies think Denver's back-to-back games matter. I think the game with Toronto will help the Nuggets players to gain some confidence in their own abilities. Last season Denver won both games against Brooklyn without any problems by 5 points and 23 points. But we all realize that the Nets are already playing without their last season leader, Mikal Bridges, who moved to the Knicks. We can also remember Spencer Dinwiddie, who is no longer in Brooklyn's roster. The Nets also have Bojan Bogdanovic, Ben Simmons, Trendon Watford and Day'Ron Sharpe with injuries. What can I say?
