NBA
Miami Heat @ Toronto Raptors:
Toronto Raptors (to win) /// 2.10
Last bet won. Denver had all five players in the starting five play despite their participation being officially "questionable" before the game. And the bookies pretty much evened the
odds. But the bet still won. Joel Embiid scored 41 points with an overall field goal percentage of 59% and 50% three-point shooting percentage, as well as 10 assists (with 3 turnovers), 7 rebounds and 1 block! That's just some crazy performance! And Embiid was double-teamed all the time, so Tyrese Maxey was around the whole game, who also played a simply amazing game! This was the most interesting game so far this regular season. It felt like I was watching Game 7 of the NBA Finals! Total score of my bets: NBA 35-42 in favor of unsuccessful, MLB 30-27 in favor of successful, NFL+NCAAF 3-7 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Toronto at home will beat Miami. My main prediction was a Utah win (- 3.5), but the game has been canceled, unfortunately. It took me a long time to find a replacement for my main prediction for today, that's why I'm posting my daily prediction so late today. Pascal Siakam announced yesterday that he will go on the free agent market at the end of this season! I think it is now clear to everyone that no NBA team in their right mind will try to trade him to their team. And if we take, for example, Toronto's ambitions this season, that's good news. Oh, and it's a contract year for Siakam, which means he needs to, for example, take the Raptors to the Playoffs. That would be a good accomplishment for his future contract. Why I believe in Toronto? I like the very juicy odds, I like the way Toronto played recently against the Lakers, for example. Last season, Toronto beat Miami 3-1 in the regular season. Toronto has already lost to Miami at home this season, so I believe in a revenge tonight! You want to bet? Sure!
