This was the worst performance I've seen from Barca in quite some time and it was a deserved win for Shakhtar* FT 1-0; luckily Atl. Madrid had a really good game and won easily(6-0) and 'saved' the day...

Maybe I am naive but after the change of coach I would expect some resurgence from Ajax. They are starting to find their feet in the league and can now prove themselves in the EL by scoring points against a PL side it is true, but Brighton are in a bit of a slump at the moment.

I'm still a bit salty about yesterday's bets as we could have easily have both bets won as Fiorentina and Eintracht dominated their games from start to finish, had scored quite fast in the 1st half, had lots of chances to score at least another goal but somehow both matches ended 0-1* half stake back at each event... even 1 more goal at either game would have been great but it is what it is and hopefully we'll once again have a great weekend and make it up for the not so good European competitions bets- today I'll just take a short 'break'...
