If it were me and I was under investigation and not convicted of anything I would consider suing the Patriots for cutting me for the investigation.. The Patriots cutting Herandez is like the Patriots saying "hey your guilty"

I wonder if Tom Brady was being charged with 1st degree murder if the Patriots would be so quick to cut him..

Herandez was cut the day BEFORE he was being charged with 1st degree murder.
I've read several of your posts here on this and you seem to be oblivious to a few things. This didn't happen out of nowhere. Brady has never been involved in anything. The things the Pats know about Hernandez is a buttload more than what anyone knows. I could provide a hundred links but don't have the time or inclination.

Ask Wes Welker, ask Matt Light. Ask anyone on that team except for Deion Branch, the 1st person who's come out with anything positive to say about him just yesterday. We don't hear squat even from anyone in his family. Are you aware of what's come out the last few days? Double homicide? Vehicle finally found in uncle's garage after like a year? A fight when he was like 18 throwing the 1st punch that teammate Tim Tebow tried to to diffuse in Florida?

The evidence is so overwhelming. And the Pats are doing the right thing, everything in their rights to void the contract. IDK how anyone can't see this. He's a million miles from the Patriot's Way - or any other theam - okay maybe the Bengals. lol Even if you're a Puerto Rican, which I'm assuming at this point cuz I can't figure out why else you'd be supporting this scumbag, comparing him to Brady is laughable. Do you ever watch the NFL Network? Guy on this morning talking about all the stuff a scout better know about a player's personal history before they draft him, or he'll be gone in an instant.

Its going to be impossible for him to have a fair trial.. because everyone thinks (knows) he is guilty before he even has a trial. The Jury will probably have their minds made up before they even know they are going to be jurors (is jurors the correct word?)

People think they do not know. And I believe jurors is correct haha I think jury is collective amd jurors are individuals in the jury. I think? Lol

1.) I'm white,(Idk how race could factor some ones thoughts on this) 2.) I wasn't comparing him to Brady at all? I said I wonder if Brady was being arrested if they would cut him right away.(And they probably would TBH) I never supported him at all? I have no idea how you got the thought I supported him, I support the justice system of innocent in till "proven" guilty. (I think he is guilty)

In fact in my last post I said they should make it so people with records can't get in to the NFL or NBA =o . "The pats cut him before he was being charged with murder" is all I said about cutting him.

He wasn't a million miles from the patriots way before this I guess even with his past? (which you mentioned the Pats knew about)

I don't know why you would say I'm oblivious to evidence that came up in the last couple days to a post that is over a week old.

I do NOT support Hernandez at all

Sorry, I didn't mean to bring race into it at all. And I now realize some of the comments were several days old. I was just baffled as to why anyone would give this dirtbag the benefit of the doubt. And no, they would absolutely not cut Brady right away. He's been their SB-winning QB for 10+ years and they know his background. There is a lot of bad shit they know about Hernandez that made him fall in the draft. Stuff we don't even know about, but the Pats do. They also knew about the stuff he said to Welker and what Matt Light talked about (and he outright said he never talks about teammates normally).

As far as the Pats cutting Hernandez, it was clear as day that's what they had to do, no matter what the charge. I knew what the charge was (you probably don't want me on your jury lol). They don't raid your house 4 times and walk out with 15 bags on top of all the other stuff (again, not gonna expound the evidence 3 AM gunshots, body, comments to friends how he can trust no one, etc etc etc etc 1/4 mile from his house) for no reason. The Pats had their worst nightmares realized, but they knew, they knew.
I've probably been following this case a lot closer than most. I'm in 6 fantasy football leagues, and a member of several football forums. Doesn't make me any kind of expert, just in discussions with many guys following it all as closely as I've been.

BTW, he was not cut the "day before he was charged with 1st degree murder". Same day, less than 2 hours after the arrest, arraignment a couple hours later (2:40 PM), but that's neither here nor there.

If you do have his jersey don't trade it in sell it on ebay... his Jerseys are selling for up to $200+ and a signed jersey sold for $1,200

I bet all the gangstas are buying them up.

Crazy how the news reporters are comparing it to Ray Lewis. He better get a dream team defense like OJ did, even if he does that he may go to prison a tight end and leave a wide receiver. In all seriousness, they are making him look really guilty and linking him to two more murders in Massachusetts Crazy seeing pictures of him that don't help his defense at all. NFL and other professional athletes never surprise me. They have millions of dollars and end up spending it all on trial defense attorneys. Saw on ESPN where they had recent NFL/NBA arrests and it was all over the map from domestic violence to felony firearm/drug possession.

Definitely making thugs NLF players same with the NBA. They should make a rule where if you have jail time for assault, theft or any serious crime you won't be able to join . It might make it so High school thugs who are gifted in sports and who want to make it in to the NFL or NBA to do their absolute best to stay away from bad crowd. It would also keep college students who are going down the wrong path in line.

What is our society coming to when we say "hey you were found guilty of beating a woman but you can run the 40 in 4 so here is 50 million dollars and fame"

Good lord, this makes so much sense. More and more society just accepts outrageous behavior then wonders why this type of thing happens. Well, no duh. Do they even care what it does to the entire sports community? Pretty soon football takes a rating and fan numbers nose dive because people do not want to root for someone who might later turn out to be a cold blooded killer or even worse.

Often they equate others getting rewarded after mild bad behavior as an excuse to accept it every place equally. "Oh, look at what that CEO got away with. I guess you cannot blame pro sports personalities for committing murder then."

Right. Look where that ingenious rationalizing has led us.

I like how the patriots have distanced themselves from this guy ,even letting fans return his jersey for a new one that was awesome and im hearing they wont pay any of his bonuses even though he put in what was expected to achieve them ,screw this guy.
