Just throwing my 2 cents in here. I have noticed on ACR that I lose some hands. I am not sure it is a "drive HUD" issue in my case. I have tried to find the hands from ACR and they just are not there. It has happened on 2 big hands for me, this is why I know they are not in ACR's hand history either.?? I do not know if there is a solution for this, if there is one, please post it here.

Not sure how it relates to the quoted post, but ACR sends hands directly to your local system. I'm not sure it's possible to miss hands on a site like this. I know you said this comment before about these 2 hands. I've thought a hand is not present before, and it turns out I had a filter set or was looking in the wrong session.

So I'd say, if you see this happen again, and you're sure this has occurred, click on the support icon in drivehud right away and send a log (advanced log). We'll be able to see all data that ACR sent to your system and compare it to what's in DH.

I have Windows 7 installed but this is incompatible I do not know what I can do

It will work with Win 7 SP1+. If you don't have service pack 1 installed, you can install it. but it will work on Win 7.

Also, you can check in here to see if you can locate your hand. This is where ACR saves all of their hand data:

Yes. But it will only be for sites that support this function.

You know. When I originally read this thread I re-researched all the various "tools and calcs and stuph" out there that's been available and still is for the most part. I just remembered I installed this program but haven't used it since that first "startup". I may have already gone beyond the "trial restriction time-limit" that was I believe 30? no.... 10?? days?? It may be 30 I don't want to down-quote the reality of the time-limit (without paying).

Lemme boot it up and see if it will work still.

It's because you don't have preferred seating set correctly. BOL doesn't have this, but you probably moved the positions incorrectly, and now it's effecting all of your tables. You need to just open one table at BOL, move the HUD to the correct position, then save the hud position by clicking on the drivehud logo at the top of the table and selecting save HUD position. Whats the difference between the Drive hud and the Bet online card catcher?

Will both of them import hands into Holdem manager?

Does either work with Americas Card room?

Drivehud has native support for BOL. It's a complete hud and database.

The BOL catcher, you need another database like HM, and yes it works w/ HM2/3.

Drivehud also works with ACR. The BOL catcher does not.

To enable Blitz on WPN go to site settings in Drivehud, select the WPN site you're playing on (ACR for example) and click enable fast fold poker (so the box turns green. Apply and save. Next stop the auto import. Click stop on the hud tab, and then start it again by clicking the play button.

Was ready to give DriveHUD a try. It readily downloaded a .exe file to my Mac. Macs don't run .exe files. Would suggest John a check of the client's computer type before downloading a file that won't run. A notice stating that Macs are not supported would be a much more appropriate action.

THX Jonh. I have one more question. I play on BOL, does the HUD work properly on fastfold tables? It is loading correctly, but the stats seem off. It seems like when I autofold, it considers everybody autofolded, and the stats are then very tight for all players.
