And you enabled your hand histories on ACR? If you followed this, then just send support a ticket w/ a log. You can do it from within Drivehud at the top right.

One thing to note about ACR is you can't observe tables, you need to be dealt in. It sounds like you played an actual S&G, so it should show assuming it's setup.

Support will get you straightened out.

And yes, there's several tutorials on site. I'd use the knowledge base as it has lots of searchable content. This is an over view video I always recommend:

thanks for replying...I got it working...I uninstalled DriveHUD and reinstalled it...I setup everything like the manual says to...i also setup preferred seating...i than sat at a table and everything was working fine...now I need to figure out how to customize the overlay...thanks

So I got DriveHUD to work, but I cannot figure out how to get the HUD I downloads from the Apps page to work...

I downloaded and installed the Microstakes MTT HUD from the apps area within DriveHUD...it installed fine...

I have tried loading it a couple times while playing SNGs...I go to DriveHUD, click on HUD than select table layout 9max than select the HUD Name pulldown and select the Microstakes MTT HUD I installed...

When the layover shows up on the table it's not the correct info...It's the default layout not the Microstakes MTT HUD I downloaded and installed...

How do you select certain HUDs to use one table?

Hello, Just trying to help in an unofficial manner, I am not "staff". Start up Drive HUD, do not do anything "in " the program. Once Drive HUD opens on the table, this may take 2 hands depending on the site. Look at top of the table for the DriveHUD icon. Right-click on the icon and a drop-down menu appears and you can choose your HUD from there.

Yeah, you need to load it from the DH logo on table. The HUD tab is the HUD creator screen if you want to modify an existing HUD or create a new one. Sounds like you figured it out.

Hey guys, a few questions:

1. C-bet % -> does this mean flop C-bet% ? There are stats "Turn C-bet%" and "River C-bet%", so if this stat means "Flop C-bet%" it should be renamed because its confusing. I didnt find "Flop C-bet%" so I assume it means this, but it can also mean overall cbet percentage.

2. There is a stat "Fold to C-bet%" and "Fold to river C-bet" but there is no fold to turn cbet%... am I just blind and unable to find it or is it missing? I scrolled manually thoruh the stats and cant find it, and cant also find it using the search feature. Its not in my hud also, so I dont know if its missing or not.

3. Wouldnt it be less confusing to use the standard namespace of these stats and instead of calling it UO-PFR just call it RFI? As far as I know its the same, and I had trouble finding it before just because it wasnt called RFI.

4. Is there a way in DriveHud to do similar thing as in pt4 in terms of player/hand report?
I would like to see all hands in a report (regardless of which tournament it was) and filter them specifically for "hero facing raise postflop" I can do this in pt4 but cant seem to find out how to do this in DriveHud. Could you please help me?

- I asked you before how to import hands from other PC, I did it and it worked, but for some reason, my total accumulated hands dont match the number they should. I had about 4k hands on my computer A and about 10k hands on my computer B. I imported the hands from B to A and now it only shows I ahve about 8k on computer A. Is there any known issue to this? The import did not show any errors whatsoever. The hands cant be duplicated as far as I know because I never imported them before. Any suggestions? I tried running the import again, but it did the same.

- I like that you added the "lower opacity until mouse over" feature! GJ, I really needed that!

- I like that I can filter hands for current tablesize, thats great. Is there a way to filter stats for current stack depth though? Like for example show me vpip/pfr when this dude is 0-20bbs deep?

- Edit, please where is the database file saved? I cant find it in DriveHud folder. I would like to move my database (or the whole folder) to my other drive as it is getting pretty big. Can I just cut and paste the whole Ace Poker solutions folder and move it to other drive without anything /other than shortcuts ofc/ breaking? THX

As far as "standard name", there really isn't one. And some of the names used by other software aren't very good, and some of them aren't calculated correctly. As much as possible we find common names.

With import, did you export from your overall report? Perhaps try and re-import again from the same folder. There isn't any known issue there, no. If it still doesn't work, zip the hands you have and send to support. Maybe there's something w/ the original exported hands. I can have someone look.

Stack depth filter is literally being added now. So that will be there soon.

Database is C:\Users\(your system name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD\Database

One of the developers is adding an export, import, create new DB function.

That's a windows printer error, that it can't connect to your printer. It's not related to Drivehud. Maybe reboot and try and install again.

Last night I was in an MTT. The hud was up and running. However today I wanted to look at the game and go over it but the last few hands are missing it might only be one hand I am unsure exaclty when I got knocked out as I made it to the FT and see 5 hands from the FT and all the hands prior. But not the last hand I got knocked out in. So I ran an import command prior to looking at the ACR hand history DIR but it did not help.

I went to C:\americascardroom\handhistory\(my player name) but that directory is empty? Does DH move the hands into its own location?


Under this DIR
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD\ProcessedData\AmericasCardroom

I only have data from before ACR "upgraded" their App?

I also submitted this question to support so if I hear from them first I will update this post but hoping someone understands where else the hand histories might be?

Just throwing my 2 cents in here. I have noticed on ACR that I lose some hands. I am not sure it is a "drive HUD" issue in my case. I have tried to find the hands from ACR and they just are not there. It has happened on 2 big hands for me, this is why I know they are not in ACR's hand history either.?? I do not know if there is a solution for this, if there is one, please post it here.

I really wanted to analyze the hands but they disappeared.
