Assume the GBT deal goes through - would you?

Legitimately curious. US players feel free to answer too even though there's basically a 0% chance FT reopens to you for anything other than withdrawing. :/

I would play AFTER they returned my money they owe me, but I wouldn't ever play there by depositing again!:)

Obviously for the sake of the poll assume withdrawals work okay and everybody's account balance pre-Black Friday is honoured. :)

With new owners I would participate in CC events there but that is all. I always way preferred PS to FT and given a choice would always play at PS primarily.

I would. I lost a few hundred when they went down, but I loved their software and Rush On Demand tournies. :) I haven't really played any poker since April other then a few times on some Merge sites, so I'd be more then willing to play at Full Tilt if it was possible.

+1 at the RODs lol.

Still haven't been able to find a format besides those that I have been really good at.

Invalid poll. No Cake or Bastard:( Seriously though voted "I dunno". Not sure why but playing poker online has really lost it's luster since BF and not just because it's play $. Perhaps I'm going through manopause:eek: Still play occasionally on PS for practice and tbh the play is not so different than some of the low level real money games that were offered on FT and PS before BF (CC games excluded of course :D ).

I used to play on FT now and again but there was something about the site I didnt like, I much preferred PS. The only reason I played there was for bonuses and rakeback and CC games.
If they had a spectacular "come back bonus" offer I might be tempted , clear the bonus and go back to PS cos I will never trust FT again, they have proved they dont give a sh.t about their players, only their money.

Voted yes but as a U.S. player I doubt that I'll have that option.

With new ownership and the eyes of the poker playing world on them, the chances of anything shady would be remote (knock on wood).

I voted no, but like Daks, would play CC games there. I think a better question would be, 'would you deposit on FT again'. That would be a 100% no..

i would play there again if it was taken over by new owners and management and also only if they had previously paid back whatever money they owed to people.

I answered yes, but I'm assuming a fair few things in that answer, including:

- The stuff Dorkus mentioned above
- Guarantee that funds were being properly segregated / protected
- That there's actually decent traffic on the site
- That they maintain the Ironman / rakeback / loyalty programs, or transition us to an equivalent and equally rewarding system
- That the software will be essentially unchanged / equally good

Solid assumptions, assume these to be true for the sake of the poll.

(No cake/bastard because I'm genuinely curious about this, sorry :p)

I would play without a doubt. Of course they have to give me my money back first. I will play but with only a part of my BR. Anyway since FT was shut down i never played with more than 10% of my BR on one site. The rest of my BR is well kept on neteller. No matter where i play at the end of the mounth i widthraw the profit to Neteller.

I never really liked FT anyway, I always picked PS over FT every time, after what happened I don't think I'd ever be inclined to play with any sort of real money on their site only freerolls.

Of course Bastard was my first option, as it is not on the poll I voted yes. I am US so it is really just a fantasy at this point. I preferred FT to Stars. I loved the software and the cash tables were alot more fun than what is on Merge.

My first thought was "In a heartbeat", but PO beat me to it.

I always liked FT better than any of the other sites, and I miss playing there more than I'd like to admit to myself.
