hello

Hi, I just wanted to give you a suggestion, I really like party poker, the tournament structure and everything else, the lobby is beautiful, it has many cool functions.
But it crashes too much, all the time.
Why doesn't party poker make a lite version of the PC App? With fewer features and more functionality?
and leaves the two versions running for those who want a more sophisticated one and for those who prefer a functional and simple.

Party Poker Restricted / Home Games

There's definitely a gap in the market for an intuitive, simple site/app where you can play poker with your mates online. Because Pokerstars is rubbish, it doesn't allow Ipad/phone players for home games.


Party Poker should opt for something similar to which 888 have for their home games, even when I set up a password-restricted tournament I don't have control as I would on Pokerstars, I have to email my format and weekly schedule across, which is a pain as the guys at Party Poker don't always get the info correct.

Sorry, Party Poker is infested with Bot Players

Hi Collette,

I think it is time for PP to up their game on Bot detection. So many bots, playing 100 double or nothings a day for a few cents profit on each one. Hours and hours of play for less than 1/8th minimum hourly wage. Time to put a stop to them, it's no fun playing Bots.

I think it is time for PP to up their game on Bot detection. So many bots, playing 100 double or nothings a day for a few cents profit on each one. Hours and hours of play for less than 1/8th minimum hourly wage. Time to put a stop to them, it's no fun playing Bots.

For sure they put in a ton of volume but how does this make them a bot? (I'm not saying they aren't a bot).

Did you send in the info.?

The team resolved the majority of issues within a couple hours - 1 event was cancelled, most were resumed

So, no reply from Party Poker about users emperor and Hyper1on bot complaint. They still continue to play sit and go double or nothings, 10 - 12 tables at a time, hours a day, for about 10 cents a tourney profit, ie. about 1/9th average hourly minimum wage. PATHETIC of Party Poker not to look into this.

PartyPoker - Errors, Lost money and lies.

Now let me start off by saying I've been a huge supporter of partypoker, whilst it has never been a main site I've played on as PLO without tracking software isn't a game I like - But recently I've been trying to play low stakes holdem on there and give it a chance - The way they're trying to do things for players such as Diamond Club Elite and leader boards I have nothing but respect for.

Anyway, I have been playing 10-12 tables of 6max Hold-Em, and it's safe to say PartyPoker software is simply not handling very well, the amount of money I've lost to disconnections, freezes, tables crashing is ridiculous, and I'm sure many players will back me up on this. I had an issue with a hand where it ended mid action, and I decided to see if they could run a check and see if they could find the reason this happened. 45 minutes into live chat, and they still can't find the hand with the hand ID# supplied, they ask me to find the table also, which is why I ended up in my player transaction which is where the more serious problems start.

Here is a picture of what I saw;

As you can see when returning money to my account, somehow it notes the intial balance as 0usd, and the final balance as 0usd. A pretty serious issue no? Money being returned to me from a table yet not being credited to my account?

So naturally I reached out via email about this as I was cut off during my live chat with support (after an hour of no help), They only wanted to deal with the fact I complained about the hand ID#, after the third emailing them instructing them to please look at the picture above, it is my only issue now, they said it has been taken into account. Fastforward and it's suddenly changed on my account, the transaction no longer shows like that, they have changed it.

I then again email them and they send the following;

Now I replay back once again and tell them this simply isn't true, and get back the following email.

So once again its the same speech nothing was changed, there is no issue with your account, I must be crazy right? But I reached out directly to the MyPartyPoker application, because support on that is always much better. And this is what they say, clearly confirming I am being lied too.

So now PartyPoker won't acknowledge the confirmation made to me by support staff. They won't acknowledge my balance was corrected, they won't respond saying anything other than your account balance has not been affected and it may have just been a visual bug. I mean you've blatently told me its been changed, and even the time it was changed by staff, but hey "its a display issue". Please note I'm not sure where my compensation is, as I'm not sure on that, or what was changed, because again, looking at the records is useless.

BE WARNED. Anyone is welcome to confirm these documents over live view if they believe if anything is altered, I would warn against participating on PartyPoker.

Hi Collette,

I think I sent the report using both the form and regular email. Today (1 hour ago, actually) I got a reply. It referred to "Player Collusion" which of course is not what I reported. I reported Bot Activity.

I've replied accordingly, hopefully Party Poker will up their game on Bot detection. There is just no way that any player would play for 9 or 10 hours a day, multiple tables, for just $1.00 an hour. It makes no economic, recreational or common sense. Those players are using bots which are obviously well cloaked. I bet Pokerstars could detect them, though!

Just to update on this; an official complain was made with there alternative disputes provider eCogra, to get this sorted out properly.

I don't believe an error in the amount in my account at this stage, but none of what they are saying makes sense and I was told there would be no further contact surrounding the matter which left me no choice.

I'll put it in simple terms;
1.My player transaction was wrong and didn't update my balance, showing a starting and ending balance of zero
2. I sent a picture to party poker
3. Party poker won't acknowledge the error in the picture for 5 emails, just passing over it every time.
4. A staff member admits my balance was changed and gave the exact time it happened
5. Party poker come back and acknowledge the picture and simply state there has been no changes to my balance and it may have been a visual bug, this happens from time to time (Which I would've believes it they provided logs and said this skipping out steps 3-4). However I've been given the time it was changed, how can they now say it may have been a visual bug, they've obviously detected the issue since my balance was changed (either manually or automatically). If it was simply when my balance was updated to display correctly, again since they have the exact time it was corrected since I've been given this, how can they still say "we dunno, maybe it's a visual bug"

Anyway, that's just an update and explanation on the situation.
I welcome a reply to these points from PP staff, and for them not to see the basic logic of my argument.

My issue isn't with the display of my balance, but how it has now been handled and what has actually happened. I'm not ridiculous, PP has no intention of stealing money from my account, but the way this has been handled has certainly been sketchy to say the least.

That is fine, I will however be updating the topic and responding to any relevant questions and messages I am getting about the situation. I would like to note I followed advice from your support; and this is why I escalated the situation to the third party - This was never what I wanted, all I wanted was an honest explanation. Again, you can't supply the time for something and still not know what happened.

Just to confirm this here is the exert I received from my last email;
"To the extend that you are not satisfied with our final response on the topic, you may contact our alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, eCogra, as stipulated in point 21.2 of our General Terms & Conditions)"

Yes, very likely partypoker only
I am not aware of any such freerolls on bwin or for our Greek players - sorry

Tables often add new ones and the cards don't.
I am bored with those that are now, I greet.
