PartyPoker - Errors, Lost money and lies.
Now let me start off by saying I've been a huge supporter of
partypoker, whilst it has never been a main site I've played on as PLO without tracking software isn't a game I like - But recently I've been trying to play low stakes holdem on there and give it a chance - The way they're trying to do things for players such as Diamond Club Elite and leader boards I have nothing but respect for.
Anyway, I have been playing 10-12 tables of 6max Hold-Em, and it's safe to say PartyPoker software is simply not handling very well, the amount of money I've lost to disconnections, freezes, tables crashing is ridiculous, and I'm sure many players will back me up on this. I had an issue with a hand where it ended mid action, and I decided to see if they could run a check and see if they could find the reason this happened. 45 minutes into live chat, and they still can't find the hand with the hand ID# supplied, they ask me to find the table also, which is why I ended up in my player transaction which is where the more serious problems start.

As you can see when returning money to my account, somehow it notes the intial balance as 0usd, and the final balance as 0usd. A pretty serious issue no? Money being returned to me from a table yet not being credited to my account?
So naturally I reached out via email about this as I was cut off during my live chat with support (after an hour of no help), They only wanted to deal with the fact I complained about the hand ID#, after the third emailing them instructing them to please look at the picture above, it is my only issue now, they said it has been taken into account. Fastforward and it's suddenly changed on my account, the transaction no longer shows like that, they have changed it.
I then again email them and they send the following;

Now I replay back once again and tell them this simply isn't true, and get back the following email.

So once again its the same speech nothing was changed, there is no issue with your account, I must be crazy right? But I reached out directly to the MyPartyPoker application, because support on that is always much better. And this is what they say, clearly confirming I am being lied too.

So now PartyPoker won't acknowledge the confirmation made to me by support staff. They won't acknowledge my balance was corrected, they won't respond saying anything other than your account balance has not been affected and it may have just been a visual bug. I mean you've blatently told me its been changed, and even the time it was changed by staff, but hey "its a display issue". Please note I'm not sure where my compensation is, as I'm not sure on that, or what was changed, because again, looking at the records is useless.
BE WARNED. Anyone is welcome to confirm these documents over live view if they believe if anything is altered, I would warn against participating on PartyPoker.
