There's approx. twice as many players on the tables today compared to the usual amount. At low stakes & micro cash I'm guessing many players from Stars have come over to play on partypoker today. (seems like LOTS of regs. on the tables).

One thing I don't like about the changes (aside from the obvious one of not being able to grab HH's), there's no country name attached to each player. I REALLY preferred knowing what country the players were from as it made a difference to me for player reads.

Today it feels a bit like how it felt when playing on bodog back when they went to anonymous play (& ruined the games for me.... not because I couldn't use a HUD but because it was playing 'readless' poker.... which really dumbs down the game & removes a lot of what poker is all about). I imagine I'll begin to recognize names of regs. on the tables soon.

It sure would be nice if you could put notes on players from the HandHistory Replayer tool.... it'd be especially helpful for the FastForward tables.

Hello!

Now as the only option to review hands is in your client, it would be really nice to see equity percentage for every player in all-in situations both on the tables and in replayer.

Also to avoid confusion, there should be a possibility in a replayer to change stack display from chips to blinds.

And the last one, why after the shown down in order to see an opponent's losing hand I have to go all the way to end of the hand in the replayer. Please, fix that, so first all the hands are revealed and only then the chips are moving to the winner.

All of this was not crucial with HUDs allowed but now you have to make some adjustments so the room is playable.

Hello. Today was trying to open partypoker and i saw that it is updating. But, nothing happens after that. In task manager the task of the update is not responding and thats every time i try to open partypoker. I saw 1 guy had the same problem, but he fixed it by downloading the App from partypoker website. BUT i cant get there either So, maybe somebody of you can upload installation for partypoker on zippyshares?

Everything works great - didn't have problem with change screen name and I didn't have to reinstall pp software, grab a few tickets, never use hud, so this promotion is wonderful...

If I don't work tomorrow in the morning, I would probably play few more hours...

You need to opt-in for the correct time... then play til' you rake 0.10 pts., then go back to it and you'll have a card there for you to reveal. Click on it to see what you have won. (mostly you'll win an entry to a $10k freeroll.... there are 5 of the $10k freerolls running this week). Some players have also won $10,000 in cash from their revealed Click Card. Good luck!

But then again, you're the one who was arguing a lot that new changes are good until you realized what exact changes are about to be made, so I'm not very hopeful it will help you.

I don't know why you think this thread is a platform for you to practice sarcasm.

If you have played and haven't noticed that hands are being mucked at showndown and you have to load a not that fast of a replayer and watch the hand till the very end only to see opponents hand, then why you even replying in the first place.

Loving the 2/5c fast forward cash games, first time playing in a while and seems I picked a good time to properly try out party poker, having almost entirely been at 888 or PS in the past. Deposited $10 and up to $35 after only two nights


Enjoying the lack of HUD more than I'd have thought. Rakeback system seems better than 888 & PS too, straightforward and not as gimmicky.

Already 11 tickets , no cash... and just now lost SPIN for $10, just check plz screenshots but i really lost my hope. I just can,t win anything at all, just nothing. No way at all. Unstoppable bad luck. And the way i loose here is just impossible at all.
And doesn,t matter, that i lost lots of money in casino...

I had 1460 chips, my opponent only 40 and for sure after that i did,t win any hand at all.
Even with better chances in the most of the hands...

There is one way PartyPoker can reduce the use of HUDs, and keep Hand Histories.

Simply allow players to be able to request Hand Histories ONCE per 24 Hours.

Players would only receive Histories for completed games, and no History of any game being currently played till next request.

That way players can still track gameplay, look for inconsistencies/collusion/misc.

Otherwise, those that really and truly wish game the system, will find a way to do so. And the ones that will suffer, will be the ones the site are trying to bring in.

And THAT ^ makes it non-playable? Really??
fwiw, learn to calculate your equity with your head (or a close proximity). It's how people play poker. (some people)
Personally I prefer it when the sites don't have stuff displayed easily for every player. (even stacks in bb's). I mean 'eff' that! If they can't make calculations in their heads it's an advantage for those who can (& for those who've run enough scenarios to have a decent enough idea)

Tell me how are you "enjoying" the lack of hud?

both 888 & stars have shit rakeback. Partys' is decent but no so straightforward you get 20% till you move up a rake tier & the % keeps incresing slowly so on if you didn't know.

The hand replayer didn't seem to work for me. So I'm neither able to look at the prev hand or make a note on a player in the ff pool. Only played for the promo & I got 6 freeroll tickets & a $5 for $10.
No more cash games for me because I don't like playing blind such as this & I don't enjoy them at party now after the updates.

So far the real bonus today has been how soft the play has been on the tables. Incredible!
It'd be nice if each player showed what country they were from.... and
It'd be nice if you could add a 'note' to a player from the HandHistory tool.

Colette, do you know if there's future plans to upgrade the replayer so that we'll be able to add player notes on it? (I see there's been some upgrades to the HH Replayer this week & last week... but still unable to put notes on players). And as mentioned above, this would be very beneficial to the FastForward tables.

I feel a bit blind today on the tables but know that I'll acquire some notes here over time.
