Hi all,

Just wanted to post a quick introduction.- I'll be keeping an eye on the forum here - I had a recommendation to join up so here I am.

Hoping I can make some useful contributions for partypoker
I aim to try help answer your questions however the main aim of my forum presence is to gather valuable feedback from our players and also to keep you all informed first hand of whats going on.

My role at partypoker is varied - my main responsibilities fall with the poker team and our PR/Events team. I get to our events to meet our players face to face, host feedback sessions and see you all in action

So let me understand this...

Made an account by the mobile app and couldn't register to a freeroll because my profile wasn't validated to real money playing, reading the FAQ I thought I needed to login by the desktop software to make a complete account in order to be able to register in real money games, but the thing I wasn't counting on is that I need to make a deposit to do that. Is that so?

I think is counter intuitive that I need to make a deposit in order to play freerolls... I usually start by playing freerolls in any new cardroom and I just make a deposit when I'm comfortable enough a few months later, as I couldn't do this at party poker I've already uninstalled both programs and wasn't thrilled by my initial experience.

My opinion is that I should be able to play freerolls without the need to make a deposit.

But if you've already played a bunch on other sites, then surely you must be 'comfortable' already?
But as this is a poker forum, I call b.s. (calling down this bluff). It's easy to see you almost only play freerolls, have played less than 100 games lifetime with a avg. buyin of 4 cents and your last few dozen games were only freerolls. That tells me you don't make deposits and you're grasping at straws tryin' to catch a freebie on partypoker, thinkin' the threat of them losing your business is going to change something for you.

I can tell you this. It is YOUR loss... not so much their's. It's a great site and making great improvements over the past couple years. They are currently offering the best reward program online and growing all the time (pretty sure they are the ONLY site that is actually growing in numbers these days). On top of this, the Cardschat games on Partypoker are the best ones on the forum.

Maybe try taking a step out onto new ground. Dig deep and go for a deposit. No doubt in my mind that it's worth it.

Now good is new function, that when player click in his stack, stack is convert to BB. This is OK, but in tournaments important also is "number M" stack. PartyPoker I suggest you add also add the option convert M "number stack", when players double click in stack, stack is convert to "M number stack". Thanks!

So they should keep those promos going.

I believe there has been a recent change to the software that once again allows people to see (in the lobby) FreeRolls from FaceBook Community Groups that are not associated with the user's own region - either that, or I stopped noticing them for a few months and am re-noticing them now. Now there is a proliferation of threads on CC asking "how can I get the password for this or that (regional) freeroll?". Often these requests come from people who have no location listed on their CC profile. Is there a specific link to a list of the community groups available to PP users? Is there a short list of regional community groups and their constituent regions?

Clearly, there are lots of players here who want to sign up.

I am aware of the change - these games will be hidden by country again soon, as they should be
They are loyalty rewards for our FB community members - restricted via password and country

If a player is NOT a member of the relevant group and located in the region, they will be unable to play

I would suggest you contact the provider directly

I am unaware of any deposit bonuses - only the sign up bonus - details of which can be found on site
For account/bonus info its best to contact the customer support team directly please

Today i finished in top-3 in the tournament and won a ticket.
Already used it and had a great profit from it. Thank you very much.
Really was a great late night of poker.

I already playing at PartyPoker for 8-9 years, and i,m also happy, because this was a very 1st time, when i won more then $100 on PartyPoker.
