Apologies for the delayed response, all tournaments were cancelled until further notice pending resolution on log-ins - issues started approx 9pm CET last night










We had severe issues outwith our control, the site was targeted with a DDoS attack from third parties.



We will investigate all tournaments and game status today and players will receive relevant refunds

I had an issue signing in and knew that wasn't normal. Unfortunately there was no information that I could access in real-time that would explain the cause at the time.
I only found out now that it was a hack attack.

This is the second time that I have encountered such circumstances, once at ACR and now at PP. Has this been an ongoing thing and has there been any publicity regarding the participants in these activities?:secruity:

Casino Bonus issue

Hello, This is my first post so I apologize if this is the wrong place or type of question. Anyway, I started playing a few casino games while playing poker, and did OK so I kept playing and even made a few withdrawals.

My problem happened last week when I used a deposit bonus ($200 for $100 bonus). I did well and won over 1k. However, once I didnt reach the 35X bonus achievment they took all of the winnings and even left me with less than the $200 original deposit. This cannot be correct. I even think I could have opted-out at some point. Anyway there is no way this can be correct. I am a very good customer and no way this can be correct. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be very much appreciated

Hoping I can make some useful contributions for partypoker
I aim to try help answer your questions however the main aim of my forum presence is to gather valuable feedback from our players and also to keep you all informed first hand of whats going on.

My role at partypoker is varied - my main responsibilities fall with the poker team and our PR/Events team. I get to our events to meet our players face to face, host feedback sessions and see you all in action

Hello. I gave that idea already to one PartyPoker representant but there was no reaction at all.
You can do one simple thing to make happy everyone.
There are a lot of PLO players playing pokerstars instead PartyPoker Just because of Zoom. But Fast Forward PLO on PartyPoker isn’t running at all.
All you have to do is to introduce some promotion regards Fast Forward PLO to get some players in. Immediately you will see regulars from Pokerstars moving to PartyPoker.
Fast Forward means:
- more hands played
- more rake paid
- more cashback for players
- more revenue for PartyPoker

My proposition is to run promo similar to that at WPN network MoMoMoPLO.
Give the players bonus (to release) for example 5$ for every 100hands played during Happy Hours at PLO Fast Forward ONLY.
That will help to get more players at specific time. They will also stay longer in the pool or join earlier/at different times.
You will only win cause even if players produce like 10k hands during promo = 500$ bonus they will have to release it generating $5000!
Everyone will be happy, everyone beside PokerStars lol

I know that people say that party poker is not allowed in US because of US laws, but how can ACR, for example, be okay to play here, but Party Poker and others are not?? What is the difference? Is it just a choice (in erring in the side of caution) to not be available to US players? I guess my thought is, “if it is truly illegal, then how can other sites (ignition, Bovada, Glibal, etc.) be okay, but Party Poker, PokerStars, 888, etc. not be okay to play? It would be greatly appreciated if Party Poker were available to play here! ���� Thnx!

Are there any technical issues with the software atm?
Everything is not running smoothly for me & is quite slow
when I scroll through the lobby or click tabs it's noticeably slow.
The table animations are pretty slow as well. I think this is after the last update which was like yesterday or the day before

I unistalled & reinstalled but it's the same. The issues are still there

Party, reduce the limit of transfers as a at least to $ 0.50, make all the satellites sng 16max, there will be almost no overlays

And please return the tournaments with the levels of 10-12 minutes, 5-7 minute lottery I and many of my friends do not want to play poker players, I used to play every day, for example, when the levels were 10-12 minutes, now at best I play on Sundays

During the first attack I missed almost all hands at the FT (screenshoots attached), so I could not play for a win.. After that, I have connection issues EVERYDAY, I'm not sure if you're familiar with these problems, but this is really frustrating and I think you should do something to solve this. Also, I have not received any refund so far..

We do not have PLO FF software - it's on the to-do list, however, many more items will currently take priority as we work to improve our software and current game offerings

We have an online site for NJ
Currently, this is the only US market open for legalisation - as the markets grow and open to online poker we will look to gain a licence and operate under other markets

Reduction in IAT is very unlikely - the min is currently $10USD

For refund requests, please reach out to the customer service team - they will be able to advise
Regarding connection, how are you playing?
Via desktop or mobile?
If you share all details with CS they can raise the issue with the tech teams for review

Sick to death of login/connection issues at PARTYPOKER.please check credentials....nothing wring with them so I click against...and again....and again....and again....and again...sometimes 8 or ten times or more before it let's me in.then it won't load reg page,try other tourneys...fine...back to one I like....nothing...nothing ....nothing...finally registered....place child....discon...please check credentials..did con discon again and again and again.honestly without a lie must a spent 3 hrs solid on this rubbish today for bout an hour of play.disgraceful and completely unacceptable and absolute sabotage.
