Try manually updating your software. Worked for me (and others) before with a similar issue.

I sent a screenshot of my passport, military ID, international passport (expired) EVERYWHERE THERE IS MY BIRTH DATE!!! I have nothing to withdraw at the moment, if your colleagues were so worried that I would withdraw another thousand, I lost them, but I think it’s vile for 888 to arrange an extraordinary verification in order to block the cashout and delay all this so much, I don’t think this is good advertising your poker room. Specifically, can you move???

It's been about 2 weeks that I'm unable to access my account. Precisely since the introduction of that Sunflower or 888casino or whatever.
Since I couldn't sign in anymore, I uninstalled the client hoping to reinstall it and solve the issue, but it seems that 888poker has completely disappeared. Every link I use to download it again takes me to 888casino. What's going on ? Any idea how to download the poker client the way it was before ?????
