With the new updates to the App, we can now show cards that we fold BUT it doesn't look like we can show cards if we win. I remember there was a prompt before to show cards after winning, but that's not there anymore. What was the reason for this change where as a winner you can't show cards that don't go to showdown.

It should be known by now that every poker online provider uses bots to fill tournaments !!!

Do we have any links to the BOT issue and refunds?
What tables were they on?
Who got refunds? (fundiver, you play on 888 don't you?)

I play very little on 888 but do play a few hands here & there. I would've thought I'd be getting some refund(s) but nothing so far. (fwiw, I'm on SNAP tables)

Suggestion:

Why not ask the powers that be to send out an email survey (as they do on occasion) asking if players like that WHEEL thing that starts when one opens up the site.
Personally I hate it. It only serves to slow the opening of the site. When I'm on other sites/tables at the same time, I hesitate to open 888Poker because I KNOW it will temporarily block my view from my screen.

The wheel is dumb. Everyone knows you win S.F.A. on it. Come up with something better FFS!
(fwiw, promos on partypoker for the past 2years have been very good... and really have helped out to fill up cash game tables (daily prizes, coin flips, etc.) & also SNG tables (< Leaderboard) I just don't get the same motivation to play on 888 tables. Seems like it's more suited to the freerollers (fwiw, they're not worth playing imo)

If you click on your cards before the hand ends a circle will appear on it and it will show the card or cards when the hand ends, win or lose (you can now show just 1 card if you want too).
You are right that the option to show your cards after the hand ends isn't there if you haven't clicked your cards previously, it has to be before the hand is over.

Is 888 down right now?

For about the last 20 minutes when I try to log in I get a "connection failed" message and there is nothing wrong with my connection.

I tried the non download version and there isn't even an option to try and log in and the mobile version just spins doing nothing.

I took a shot of the regular and non download version...



Edit: Of course it started working again literally 1 minute after I posted.

I didn’t make a withdrawal request. I just find that after I win a sit and go it takes a couple of minutes to update. Not always and it’s not a big deal…and it’s only on the main page. It updates instantly in my account details tab. Just sharing what I noticed in case others are thinking they’re not getting their winnings. They are…just might take a minute.

Yes type, stakes etc are all filtures. You may have double click them.

Why is it not possible to put the filter trigger on the app to less than 5 Dollars? Sometimes i want to filter only for freerolls but its not possible and i have to scroll through all those micro Tournaments.

Is 888 having problems this morning?

I won a sub-satellite this morning but when the satellite was meant to start, I was unable to get into the satellite for quite a while and when I eventually did everyone was sitting out besides one other player who was taking all our chips.

While playing I couldn't view the lobby of that game to see its stats etc

Now I can't get into the lobby of any games at all in order to register etc

The other day a level freeroll just froze never came back nothing ..no money reward or replay ..what’s up with that ? Was the level 20 $500 and when these are now basically gone which is bs already not rerunning it or saying anything is suspect

Hey 888rep,

I see there is a casino promotion going on. One of the challenges is to place a bet in a round where the winning number is 8 for European roulette. I did this and the winning number was eight, but I didn't get a scratch card. Are there more specific requirements for this challenge? It doesn't say we have to bet on the number 8 or any specific bet.
