Thanks for sending my post to support.

I removed the old version and installed the new one.

However they did not told me where I can view my challenges. I have no idea of what I have to do to complete a challenge.

After uninstalling and reinstalling 888 Poker, I'm currently using version: p-1-en-4-6.20-11-3 on Windows 7 and I'm already getting a lot of software crashes.

This does not look good for the future.

Mobile issues

I can't find anywhere on the site on mobile where I can see which tournament tickets I have to redeem. I have to guess each time which one I can join but I can't even do that now with the tickets I have. How can I see this on mobile?

More filter options for My Favorites

I have been using 888 for a while now and although it seems fine, at times there are disconnection issues (usually when I'm holding some good pocket pairs) around the time of 10 pm US time.

Also, even though I like the option of my favorites in the client I feel we should have more options to filter the tables; like min number of players, average vpip and pot.

You need to read the terms of the bonus as you will have to play the bonus x amount of times to clear it before you are allowed to use it for poker.

I guess what im trying to say is, their reckless playing has so far paid them big profits in this game. If I played reckless like they did, I would be a big loser in the game.

There are plenty of freerolls running every day so check the different tabs in the poker lobby especially the poker club one.

Yes it is an older version feature linked to the old reward system but a new system was introduced at the start of March and more information can be seen if you click on My Profile then my888poker club and click on the menu items for more information.

Whats confusing is that there is no indicator on the bonuses. I realize that you can see the Tokens / Bonuses / Levels totals (My888PokerClub - My Profile), but for a Bonus that you click on, it will just say:

"Hot Bonus" and details of amount (Restricted) / game eligible /and date expiry, but no indication of how far you have progressed or yet to complete.

Make sense to what I am saying?
