definitely frustrating in the site issues they have from time to time,
but far and away they are the best room in the USA. They have so many tournaments during each hour and a very fair amount of low entry decent guarantee tournaments.

Okay, first of all this should have been a very easy fix, a password reset, but it turned into a complete fiasco and I had a hissy fit, no doubt, I deleted all forms of ACR from my computer and searched for other places to play, this past week I stayed away, but today I decided to download it again and wouldn't you know, same crap different day! Oh well.
Ok maye, calm down. Care to inform us what happened?

The DDoS attacks seem to be not stop on WPN network . The still won't refund $60 in tourney entry fee's from 8 months ago 1 out of 10 customer service reps working for WPN have any clue what's going on or even try to help their comfort zone. However for most of us in the USA it's all we have !!

Do you own a phone? 25 emails- and you are calling THEM morons? I've called ACR customer service 2 different times and had my issues resolved before I hung up the phone. My suggestion is get yourself a phone and have someone teach you how to use it so you call call customer service instead of emailing 25 times.... oh - you're welcome..

ACR has one of the worst software algorithms I've ever experienced. Literally just favors big stacks and aggression with no real variance or odds. One can graph out the hands and see statistical outliers that do no represent the true game of poker whatsoever. It is a sad travesty. Many players seem to know this and can hit these cycles of algorithmic trash. (i've done it myself, jamming off on purpose with 38s for example and flopping flushes vs KK or AA etc) Players calling off stacks with 3Jo for no reason and hitting 4 card straights vs AA. These are either bots or people that have figured out the software because literally NOONE in their right mind plays this way...not to mention catching exactly what they need every single time. It is truly a joke. There is no real poker being played. Really. Graph out the hands...they literally come on cycles...same runouts...same holdings...same results...I tried emailing ACR with statistical DATA and they proceeded to blow me off. At this point I just play trashy jam and hope freerolls. Absolutely zero point in putting money onto this site when I can literally play one hand and get boned for no other reason than the algorithm. It really doesn't matter how 'good' one tries to play or make the right decisions. The software also does not allow one to 'trap' a bluffer either. The algos are line and stack dependent, it is pretty apparent on soooooo many levels. If you don't bet or raise when the program thinks you should, you WILL get screwed, it's inevitable. I can't be the only person that sees this? Seriously....graph out the hands...it is remarkable what you'll see pattern-wise.

I feel the same way, especially with their servers! They're getting DDoS almost everyday

if you get a 502 error gateway from ddos attack
so here is my question... if you are attacked and then the user can not get in how can the user get paid for money lost since they can not ply. You do not see attempts because your gateway because you are down. You have a 90 sec wait timer and you CAN see no response plus you know you are under attack. Why not stop the game and refund rather than continuing. IMHO BTW there are router security Apps out there to cut ddos from multiple sites. Seems u did not invest in them

Sorry forgot to put this in my last post. I do not understand if u are under attack Y some people still get in and ply. Got in once on a $25 game when I was down to short stack but yet 1 person seemed to be playing all the time I was off. Won by my non participation. I could see that you probably have multiple gateways but when I did a trace route (IP trace to see where the hold up was) It ended outside my addr and even outside the US so have to believe it was your network problem. You may ask why I am comfortable with my analysis. I have extensive background in networking with multiple companies including CISCO which your IP MAC addr seems to indicate you use.

not saying I do not like acr just they are very poor in network sec
ACR seems to be very shallow on network knowledge. IMHO they should act and invest as a true online house with better security. I think they will loose out soon because they seem to be taking easy profits from US market. Soon I hope we see the US gov open up then they will have to fight and enhance their site

I personally love ACR. Best site, great tournaments, excellent customer service, fast cash out times (less than 24hrs). Can’t faulr them.
