Did you see the post before the one you replied to?

Good day ScooperNova,

I am sorry I did not reply before. Indeed we reviewed on the tables; according to our records, at the moment you had the disconnection our servers and our game application was running properly. Thus, any lags and freezes in this case would be an ISP connection problem. You can confirm this by noticing that no other players had problems and were able to keep playing on this event.

There are a number of reasons you may experience a disconnection. Delays can occur if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is having problems or experiencing heavy traffic. This might have been the cause of your recent disconnection. When you connect to the main lobby a connection is made to the server, when you open a game (tournament or ring game) it opens a separate connection to that server. Both connections are to our servers and they are recognized as a connection from the same account but they run separately just in case one of those connections drop, if that is the case, it won't affect either the main lobby or any other games that you are playing at the same time. This is why sometimes you can lose connection from one game and still play other tables or view the main lobby without problem.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any help or assistance.

I am finding lately that when I open the poker client my anti virus finds it to be a threat and deletes the client from the PC. I have to go into the Anti virus and exclude ACR from future scans and restore the poker client.

I have Norton Security Suite.

Is there something I can do to get this to stop? I am now shutting off the AV until the poker client opens then turn it back on once the client is running.

This also happens with BCP

Bitdefender started doing this also. I have to put BD in game mode and then unblock it from the firewall. I can't say it is an ACR issue as I ACR ,windows 10 both updated at the same time . not seeing this probkem with other poker clients though

I'm not sure if I have posted this suggestion here before so I apologize if this is redundant.

I am frustrated with the large number of Rebuy/Addon/Reentry MTTs in general along with the exhaustive Late Registration periods. I would play a lot more Buy-in MTTs at ACR if there was a good selection of Freezouts across various stakes with reasonably short Late Reg periods like 2-3 blind rounds. The site still gets rake and players can enjoy some reasonable poker from the beginning of a tournament without short stacks dropping in from Late Reg and shoving on any 2 hands.

Long Late Reg along with Long Rebuys and large stack Addons contribute to poor quality poker action and discourage good players from entering. I know that there are many of my friends that feel the same and would play more buy-ins if Freezout MTTs ran throughout the day and night at micro/low/med/high stakes.

Please give this serious consideration before many of us just give up completely on ACR and the poker community you are trying to build for US based players.

Thank you,
Eric aka Zia aka ZiaPirate

Thank you very much for your suggestion Eric,

We understand your frustration in regards this matter. We are working on having more games with shorter late reg as we constantly receive requests for it. Please note that we have escalated your request to the programmers to see how important this is to our players.

We are working hard on providing the best poker experience, so that you can also check on the Gone in 60 minutes games we currently have:

The late registration period is much shorter in these action-packed tournaments.

GI60M tournaments have buy-ins ranging from $2+0.20 up to $27+0.50 with guarantees from $100 up to $1,500. Blind structures vary from regular to turbo.

I appreciate that these are "shorter" late reg period, however, they are UNLIMITED RE-ENTRY or UNLIMITED REBUY for the entire Late Reg Hour. Not a single FREEZEOUT among them. Just for grins go ahead and do a filter on tournaments that includes ONLY FREEZEOUT and look at how many games there are that are not Private games. I rest my case!

ACR needs to post more scheduled FREEZOUTS. You still get the tourney fee and you get people playing buy-ins that won't otherwise...like me...and many other. Really, what is the risk? NONE!

Cheers,
Zia

A PLO Lover's Dream: The MO MO MO PLO Promotion!

We’re rolling out the red carpet with December’s MO MO MO PLO promotion. MOre PLO Cash Games, MOre PLO Tournaments, and MOre PLO Jackpots than ever before!

From December 17th through December 31st, we’ve designed a special promotion for Omaha players that has something for everyone! There are three major components to the promotion to cater to all types of games:

Here They Are:

MO PLO Cash Games
You can now start 2016 with the Create Your Own Bonus promotion. Every day for the length of the promotion, we’ll be posting 7 Happy Hours per day. Simply play any limit of PLO cash games during these hours and you’ll generate $10 in bonus per every 100 hands dealt. Whether you play the hands or fold them, they count towards your total!

You can generate up to a maximum of $70 bonus per day with a maximum $1,050 total bonus. On January 1st the bonus will be credited into your account for clearance. You can play any game at any time to clear the bonus (not restricted to Happy Hours or PLO) and you have 60 full days to clear it all! For more information, click here.

MO PLO Tournaments:
We’ve created a 15-day long schedule jam packed with MTTs and featuring some major Super PLO KO tournaments on Friday, December 25th and a $25,000 GTD PLO Sunday Special on December 27th!

The best part is you don’t have to break the bank to receive your entry to the featured tournaments. During the length of the promotion we’ll be running a ton of Freebuy satellites from which you can win your seat directly.

We also have an On Demand Freeroll PLO Leaderboard. In fact, all of our On Demand PLO Freeroll tournaments will be PLO throughout the length of the promotion. The top finisher on the leaderboard will receive their $200+$15 ticket for the PLO Sunday Special and the next 9 finishers get a ticket to the $5,000 GTD 6-Max at 8:15 pm ET on Sunday, the 27th.

PLO Jackpots
We’ve added two exciting higher stakes PLO Jackpots into the mix. You can now play $25 and $60 PLO Jackpots! With each Jackpot you can play for up to 2500x the buy-in. Hit that big Jackpot Spin and play for up to $62,500 ($25 Jackpots) or $150,000 ($60 Jackpots).

If you’re new to PLO, don’t worry as we’ve got you covered. We just created an “Introduction to PLO” video that gives you the basics of how the game works. Be sure to watch before you sit down at the tables to be better prepared to take down the pots!

This promotion is great for everyone. If you’re a hold’em player you can get your feet wet in this exciting game while accumulating a nice bonus to kick off the grind in 2016. If you’re a seasoned player, there’s more PLO than ever to choose from.

Good Luck at the Tables!

We have On Demand freerolls 24/7. Right now you we are running a PLO promotion in which all the $10 On Demand Freerolls will be PLO during this promotion.

You can find them on the lobby as MO MO MO PLO 410 Freeroll.
