Site is crashing on me right now 7;04 am and i think it might have another time around 30 minutes earlier. Is there a known issue this morning? Im disconnected from the client right now, but the rest of the internet is working fine for me. I'm posting here while I'm disconnected from ACR. I'm not concerned with any refund as I'm playing .02 and .05 plo, so I didn't record the hand #s. I had a slight issues yesterday at higher stakes as well, but today is unplayable. Just concerned about what's going on. Thanks.

Edit: Confirmed after posting this the client still says Disconnected from Server. Reconnecting.....

Edit: Seconds after the first edit, the lobby populated so I'm hoping its good to go now. Still let me know if there was an issue. Thanks!

I have asked the IT department about lagging or disconnection issues but we have no reports from this matter but yours, rest assure I will follow up on this to check on today's connection.

All of a sudden I have lost the Status column in the tourney lobby displays. This is the column that tells me about registration/late registration/running/finished/cancelled.

Very important info is missing from my decision process! How do I get it back?

I wanted to report that the straddle toggle does not always initiate a straddle bet like it should. I know how it works, and that you can only do it when you are the first player to the left of the BB. I have seen others comment in chat about this as well. Thanks.

FYI the Mac client is still making it such that when you switch tables in tournaments, you get set to "sit out" and have to manually uncheck the box. As I've previously said a couple times, this is unacceptable, especially without any notice. This glitch was not and has not been on the list of known bugs, so unsuspecting users don't even know to look out for this. In my mind, this should be one of the most urgent fixes for the Mac client.

I read something about the straddle at ACR OVER A YEAR AGO, and from what I remember, all the participants at the table have to have the straddle enabled for it to work for anyone.

That worked, but even with my very fast ISP, it took a long time! Surprisingly long, well over 5 minutes.

So I'm multitabling and get disconnected in some places but not others? I was at cash game table bentilite? PLO .25/.50. I wouldn't mind if you reviewed this but I got disconnected from the table and don't have access to the hand number. It was between 5 and 6 am if that helps. The tournament that is running in the attachment is a golden ticket tourney. I was also playing a freeroll, but have no concern for that and it is not included in the attachment.

Although, I did enjoy the freebuy series and I think it would be reasonable if daily freerolls were more than $10. They could be $100/$500.

Another consideration would be daily small-freerolls where players can rebuy. I think it would bring in waves and waves of new players to ACR if freebuys were an established part of the site!

The buy in maximum has been removed from .05 NLO8? The max buy in was $5, now its unlimited. I just bought in for over $30.

Edit: It may only be table Bendinite. There is no maximum buy in for sure, I'm thinking it's a glitch.

Please note that the max buy in should be 2.50 because it was a short table. The regular table was fine.

There shouldn't be any reason whatsoever that full flush now has a working MAC version and a working mobile version and the WPN / Flagship site ACR does not . I realize the effort you guys are putting into promotions is likely showing lots of new signups and I imagine this may look
great on a graph or pie chart in an uppermangent meeting, however recreational players want to play while at the bus stop and on their ipad at the bar . So you may be seing more significant signups due to promotion, but the RnD pitfall is going to end up costing money . Sure players remeber big headliners about big $$ MTTs while a promo is running but your average player doesnt play in the million $ and they don't have time for a 5 hour 15 level late reg MTT. Developers for a single application conversion to mobile and Apple would not cost a 10th of what that tournament pays and would bring in and keep in the new player which would then bring in the big multiple table regular players to grind throgh rake . MTT Do not make the $$ for the site anyway so it is mind boggling that this thread continues to spit out ideas to ACR on hoe to make more money and at the same time make the die hard player happy but they opt to run another free time/$ consuming leadup to a tournament that only a select few will play in or even remember. And when the promo is done all the fish will go back to their smartphones and the regs will follow and WPN management will Pat themselves on the back thinking they had a successful sign up campaign.

Indeed we are working on this version as we constantly receive requests for it. It will have all features we currently have including Jackpots. However it might take a couple of months.

I will let you know as soon as we get any update in regards this query.
