you have been working on a "beta version" FOR YEARS. despite multiple frequent updates FOR YEARS it simply does not function. the answer to what YOU mean to say by invalid or expired token is s that i need to be more patient.

your customer service people respond by indicating they have no idea about any of this and that i need to send them a screen shot, which is a very convenient answer as there is nothing to screenshot as i get kicked off the table i paid to be on immediately on account of this token issue.

the idea of perpetual beta is at least odd, if not downright suspicious. i try to do a little research on your company and what you are meaning to say with this "token" business and i am regaled with tales of fixes and bots and russians. it is one complex mess.

i am old and simple and tired. i want to find a place to play poker that will approximate my experience with playing poker at pokerstars before my government decided they needed to be run out of my country, removing my opportunity to play there. whoever can meet this very simple desire of mine (at least, i feel it is simple in principle), will earn five figures in rake from me annually. it would seem to me better to take that money rather than play bizarre games. i would bet that there are many others like me. but who have long ago given up trying to find legitimate online poker in the USA. perhaps i will join them soon enough but for now i will keep trying, whether with you or whether with someone else

i still still ask directly what you are saying regarding this "token" matter and why this is happening. i would appreciate a direct reply.

Hello jabbahursty, I totally understand your frustration, I'm checking this with the development team so please be patient. I know it's a beta version but our Development team has been improving it in this past years and releasing more updates for it due to the feedback from our players which is very important.

I just wanted to highlight that we will have the new version for you guys to be aware of it.

I totally understand you, I'm following up your case until it gets resolved. The Developers are looking into this, soon as I have the response from them I will post it here for sure. Also regarding the tournament ID 9041174 has been refunded. Please be so kind and check your poker account balance.

We don't allow that kind of behavior on our tables. Thank you for the report, I sent it to the department in charge.

Seems like some of that should have been auto-filtered.... and he should have been auto reported.

ACR Rep. When I open a 6+ table the table won't allow me to interact with it. I can't hit take seat, and I can't close it. I have to close ACR and open it again.

Hello, sorry for the late response. Are you still having issues with the 6+ feature? If so, please try the steps below and let me know if after this you have any other issue with it.
Open up an Internet Explorer window (if you are on Windows 10, make sure it is not Microsoft Edge, but Internet Explorer, you will probably have to look for it on the search tool), on the keyboard press ctrl+shift+delete, on the little window that popped up click on "Clear" or "Delete", reopen the poker App.


If after doing so it still doesn't work, close the poker application again, then go to this website: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, then go to this other link: https://www.java.com/, download and install the latest version of Java, reopen the poker app.

i highly suggest that the N word, P word and other obscenities be autofiltered even when they include a period or apostrophe or spaces between the letters. adding those to the list would be a piece of cake using any kind of concatenate feature on a program, but too many players are using those ways to get around it. as examples i will show you using forum appropriate words

also there are lots of obscene, racist and xenophobic usernames. lynchthemall is one example. those should not be allowed either.

So about 36 hours ago I made a withdrawal on ACR via Bitcoin and I have still not received the bitcoin. I understand it takes awhile but just thought I would receive it by now. I just logged into my account today and I was transferred the same amount I withdrawed to my balance. I have received no communication from ACR at all so not sure what to think. Did ACR cancel my withdrawal for some reason or is there a bug in the system and the money will be taken out of my account when I actually get the bitcoin? Any help will be appreciated.

Well, where I live the government has laws, forbidding private entities from suppressing "all they want".

If adults need their online poker chat censored, at the expense of freedom, I think they should probably just mute chat. A large majority of it is offensive. I've been called racial slurs for every race, wished disease and death upon, and had horrible things said about possible family members. I don't like it but I guess I'm a bit numb to my own and others feelings about it because I've had it all said to me and I lived through it. I usually just mute players like that. I throw it back sometimes without so much hateful language. I just laugh at their ignorance and try to not be surprised at how horrible people really are behind a blanket of anonymity. It didn't bother me any more even when they got lucky and guessed the right racial slur to hurl at me .

I'd love to play on ACR aswell but my Norton doesnt let me ,as soon as I try to instal it,Nortons sonar removes it, I dont know how to play it since I dont feel like removing Norton from my computer.
If any of you know a way arround id love to hear it.

Our security department is always checking the chat, they have a database where they can auto-filter this type of words, however, sometimes the system does not filter some type of words and that's where our players send the reports so we can add those words to the database.
