Please shut the entire site down until problem is resolved permanently.
I don't care if you have to rewrite the software from the ground up.
And give up all that revenue from degenerates that have no other options? Yea, not going to happen.

Nothing like that. It’s the page not loading telling me something I can still look around because the server is on the cloud but I can’t do anything else

We apologize for all the inconveniences, the websites should be working fine at this moment. If you still have issues please let me know so I can assist you.

I remember a while back ACR was hosting tournaments to appease the long late registration haters such as myself. It was called "gone in 60 minutes" or something. I guess they weren't attracting much traffic. Was it so bad that it would never be considered again?

Dear Mr. ACR man,

I would like to thank you for everything that you do for this forum, I'm sure you get braided on a daily bases from unhappy people and with so much going on with the start of MOSS and the DDOS attacks I wanted to take a minute to appreciate you for holding it together better than I know I would be able to.

Today, I was able to play all the way through MOSS 18 (well 7 hours of it) and finish in the money with no problems once I was able to get on the site.

One question about knockout tournaments, if there is an error in your KOs should we wait till the whole tournament is over before asking about them? Or is that something that should be fixed before they money has been completely given out?

Thank you very much for the support! I do my best to help you guys with everything as possible. I always say "It's not a job when you like what you do" So for me, I enjoy helping you guys with your concerns and questions, ect.

Regarding the Knockout tournaments, this totally depends on his state at that time:

-Knockout tournaments in late registration – If a knockout Multi-table tournament is in late registration and is cancelled, all players will receive the following compensation, A. All players that have been eliminated will receive their buy in and fee but will not receive their bounty back, for example, you are in a $10 KO tourney, $8 towards the prize pool and $2 towards your bounty with a $1 fee. Any player that has busted will receive the $8+$1 and will have lost their $2 bounty. B. Players that still remain in the tournament will receive the full amount that they have paid for the tournament, buy in, bounty and fee. Any player that has been awarded the $2 for knocking out another player will keep this money.

-Knockout tournaments in running state (after late registration has closed) - If a knockout Multi-table tournament is in running state and not yet in the money is cancelled, players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation. A. 1 buy in back (No re-entries, no rebuys or add ons) and their own bounty. B. The remaining prize pool (all guarantees are honored) will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each players chip stack.

-Knockout tournaments in the money - If a knockout Multi-table tournament is in the money and is cancelled, players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation: A. All remaining players will receive the next minimum payout when the tournament is canceled and their own bounty. B. The remaining prize pool will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each players chip stack

All of that was great information and I appreciate it, however I was referring to a tournament that was NOT cancelled. It played all the way, but one of the bounties was not credited to my account.

In hand 1243217902 I took out King-Wizard and in hand 1243327481 I took out 52cardpickup.

Sorry for the delay in getting you the information. I just checked my ACR balance and it still hasn't posted.

I checked it with one of the tournaments agents. Normally the bounty is credited automatically so in this case it was credited at the moment when the player was eliminated.

I'm sending the details of the bounties via Private Message.

Security Certificate

I need some advice about security certificate error messages. When I open the ACR App on my computer I get a pop up message saying the integrity of the connection cannot be verified. I get two different pop up. See images.

I click ok a couple times and they go away, but some times I cannot log in after...I have to close program and open again (some times multiple times) to log in.

Is there anything I can do?

Yea baby!!

After running pretty bad all day I finally made it to a final table. Awesome!!

Only problem is the site crashed at the exact moment that we hit the final table.

Thank you ACR for providing us with the most unreliable poker experience in the entire industry.

HYSTERICAL

Oh what a hoot ACR is 20 emails later and still no resolution. WOW! Not sure why, I guess I am just a glutton for punishment, I mean WTF do I still care? No explanation other than I must be one of those people that likes to watch endless streams of BS! Could you guys at least come up with a more creative excuse, like sorry the dog crapped on our servers, or we have been attacked by rats and they ate the server wires.....

This is why so many players just go all in and don't care.

I can't see those pictures, the link doesn't show the pictures. Does it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/3GfcKeA.jpg

If so, in able to disable it you can try this steps:

Open Control Panel > Internet Options/Properties > Select Security tab > Click on Trusted sites > Click on Sites button.

Now enter the URL and click on Add. (the Americas Cardroom website)

Click Close > Apply and exit.

Thank you SO MUCH! :D With those steps that I previously provided, that window shouldn't pop up.

well I added ACR web address to trusted sites. I still get error pop-ups. It's not the biggest deal...I just click ok on all of them and it goes away.

Any other ideas? I will check back. Thanks for replying.

I find it annoying that the site will not let the small blind be vacant.

I check sit out next BB then when I'm under the gun the SB busts or leaves so I'm moved to the small blind and entered in the hand. I need to let the hand complete so it is logged properly.

If I click sitout and the seat is vacant or sitting out already and it goes active I lose out on a free hand. Not critical just annoying.

If the option could be changed to sit out next blind or there is a way to stop the auto blind payment so I can sit out if it skips the big blind I would appreciate it.
