When I was finally able to get this screen. I pushed the green retry for a live version, you know so their ads will work, then let me log right in.
If you get an error pop-up when logging in, close not only that pop-up but also close the log-in window then close the entire ACR client/program then immediately open the program again and it may open normally, that is what has worked for me.
So for the last two days now when I double click on ACR to open it, it opens the small window checking for updates then nothing. If I do this several times it does eventually open the main ACR window, but does not let me log in. That window gets stuck saying configuration at the top left. When I am able to get past all of that and actually log in it tells me at the bottom that it is a copy and to retry for a live version. So yeah no MOSS or OSS for me till you all get this fixed for everyone.
My question is am I doing myself harm by trying to open it several times? Are those of us that continuing trying to get in while whatever is going on, are we making it worse?
You're going to tell me to send you my info with my IP address but you still haven't told me why I should. My IP address is not going to fix your problem or anyone else that has posted here. Could you please give us an update as to what is actually causing the continual problems and what is actually trying to be done other than you sending our IP address to the IT department?
I reinstalled, now it wont let me reset my password without knowing the new password and I do not know how to do the screen shot and post it here.
If you get there error when it starts at login. try this.
1) close the login popup screen.
2) Click login at the top right on the menu line.
3) Try logging in again.
That's been working for me.
After 3 hours of trying finally got in, did have 7k of the 7500 starting stack when I got to the table and already managed a double up with QQ. Thanks again Mr. ACR man.
Pop ups crashing. Pop up login worked but everything in main screen menu was frozen. Error boxes due to pop up nag ads.
Closed everything.
Tried 10 more times to get log in screen.
Closed log in screen.
Clicked log in upper right corner.
Log in screen pops up & I use it to log in.
Worked.
TY rmc... I refuse to say this mess is fixed but I am logged in. Maybe long enough to play some freebies.
