When I was finally able to get this screen. I pushed the green retry for a live version, you know so their ads will work, then let me log right in.


Thank you for this information, I sent it to the IT department.

If you get an error pop-up when logging in, close not only that pop-up but also close the log-in window then close the entire ACR client/program then immediately open the program again and it may open normally, that is what has worked for me.

So for the last two days now when I double click on ACR to open it, it opens the small window checking for updates then nothing. If I do this several times it does eventually open the main ACR window, but does not let me log in. That window gets stuck saying configuration at the top left. When I am able to get past all of that and actually log in it tells me at the bottom that it is a copy and to retry for a live version. So yeah no MOSS or OSS for me till you all get this fixed for everyone.

My question is am I doing myself harm by trying to open it several times? Are those of us that continuing trying to get in while whatever is going on, are we making it worse?

You're going to tell me to send you my info with my IP address but you still haven't told me why I should. My IP address is not going to fix your problem or anyone else that has posted here. Could you please give us an update as to what is actually causing the continual problems and what is actually trying to be done other than you sending our IP address to the IT department?

Okay let me explain you, the retry live version is totally related with our website promotions. Our IT department is currently working on this, however, this should not be a problem it's not related to the application.

Regarding the IP, this is a data that our IT experts need to solve the issue with the configuring / Checking new version. I can assure you that players who provided the information, they have been able to log in and use the software without any issues.

I reinstalled, now it wont let me reset my password without knowing the new password and I do not know how to do the screen shot and post it here.


Please be so kind and contact our CS department at 1-877-314-4195 or contact them via live chat. Explain to them the situation with full details so, they can re-instead the password.

If you get there error when it starts at login. try this.

1) close the login popup screen.
2) Click login at the top right on the menu line.
3) Try logging in again.

That's been working for me.

...they sent me an email saying they had been hacked and were attempting to fix the problems that went on for days. Only playing micros/FR until problem is fixed.

All kinds of crap happening.

Pop ups crashing. Pop up login worked but everything in main screen menu was frozen. Error boxes due to pop up nag ads.

Closed everything.
Tried 10 more times to get log in screen.
Closed log in screen.
Clicked log in upper right corner.
Log in screen pops up & I use it to log in.
Worked.

TY rmc... I refuse to say this mess is fixed but I am logged in. Maybe long enough to play some freebies.

Yes. ACR has not been working for me either. I was just going to check Tourney schedules, but have not been able to for 2 days. I am not in a big hurry and will wait until I can log on normally without trying to go around error messages. If site was hacked, as someone had mentioned above, I would rather not be on there at all until things are in complete working order.

excellent room only have to improve the software part since I have seen that there have been problems with the same

Please shut the entire site down until problem is resolved permanently.
I don't care if you have to rewrite the software from the ground up.

I'm really sorry regarding the pop-ups, our department in charge is currently working on this.

ACR has been down for me pretty much the last two full days. I’m really not looking to send all my IP info in so I guess I just have to wait it out and hope they figure their stuff out...

Nothing like that. It’s the page not loading telling me something I can still look around because the server is on the cloud but I can’t do anything else

Dear Mr. ACR man,

I would like to thank you for everything that you do for this forum, I'm sure you get braided on a daily bases from unhappy people and with so much going on with the start of MOSS and the DDOS attacks I wanted to take a minute to appreciate you for holding it together better than I know I would be able to.

Today, I was able to play all the way through MOSS 18 (well 7 hours of it) and finish in the money with no problems once I was able to get on the site.

One question about knockout tournaments, if there is an error in your KOs should we wait till the whole tournament is over before asking about them? Or is that something that should be fixed before they money has been completely given out?
