I have personally lost at least 30$ the last two days from either tourneys that i reg'd in and was disced/timed out and cash games that the same thing happened in...this is sort of ridiculous...on top of that ahen i contacted support i was basically told tough luck...i assume i wont be receiving any re comp...my opinion doesnt mean much...but its incredible how you guys treat long standing paying customers...that is beyond disappointing. But i want others to know that by playing at acr acr your risking losing your money to their mistakes. You woukd think a million dollar company would compensate 30$ they stole but i guess thats not the case with acr...this isnt how a company should operate or treat players. You take advantage because US players have few options and that is reprehensible and wrong. I play poker for fun and by stealing a quarter of my
