I have personally lost at least 30$ the last two days from either tourneys that i reg'd in and was disced/timed out and cash games that the same thing happened in...this is sort of ridiculous...on top of that ahen i contacted support i was basically told tough luck...i assume i wont be receiving any re comp...my opinion doesnt mean much...but its incredible how you guys treat long standing paying customers...that is beyond disappointing. I guess it times to quit online until the Pennsylvania sites are up and going. Not sure why im bothering with this post i realize my money is gone. But i want others to know that by playing at acr acr your risking losing your money to their mistakes. You woukd think a million dollar company would compensate 30$ they stole but i guess thats not the case with acr...this isnt how a company should operate or treat players. You take advantage because US players have few options and that is reprehensible and wrong. I play poker for fun and by stealing a quarter of my bankroll youve just about sucked the fun out of it. If one player can read this and save themselves from losing money then it was worth wasting my time to type this. Thanks acr, enjoy my money. Youll need it when your out of biz because you treat your customers like dirt.

Very difficult situation the past few days. I'm sure that ACR is doing everything
possible to get everyone back on line. The Cardschat rep for ACR is doing a great job keeping us up to date with information. Hang in there, it will get better.

it is good to hear it's just DDOS attacks and not an actual security breach as another player on the tables told me yesterday, 'Fortunately' there are many ways of getting rid of that...

Hahaha, same here, I reactivated my computer, that I used to mplay with weeks ago, no updating, I installed new, no change. I wanted to download a new instqaller, not even this is possible.

So is this all due to your problems? Please say yes and tomorrow you'll be back to business:deal:

Sir, I'm really sorry about what happened. Provide me your nickname so I can check this with the tournaments department. Also, provide me each game that was affected on your side so I can check them one by one with the department. I need the Hand ID or the tournament ID.

When we cancel a tournament, we always refund the accounts as per our tournament cancellation policies.

I was in 2 freebuy canceled tournaments, and after payment was credited to my account in accordance to policy. How do I go about getting the tournament standings and results at close?

Hopefully Winning Poker Network issues get resolved. This is one of the few options available for US players *sigh*

I was waiting for my tournament today on ACR, but I still could not open my account. BCP on the same as the problem. who knows when it will end?

LOL. Yep, it past 8PM EST, the time they said they would be running tournaments again. Still no word, still down.

Since we are all gamblers,, how much time do you think before they give another update? I'm thinking 1 hour 41 minutes.Perhaps they meant 8pm on another day in another month?

ACR never came back. Who would you call? What could we do? Is this a possibility? Sorry, but I need my $ and can’t help but worry. A little. Anyway.

That I appreciate ACR offering internet poker in this environment, believe in their security efforts, and mostly ignore the hyperbole of the internet kids who shout otherwise :)

I wouldn't have any idea what tourney id or hand number it was, i dont track id numbers when i play... it was a day or so ago...at this point its less about the money and more about being treated like shit. I reg'd 3 10 dollar tourneys and a little way through it completely locked me out...i just dont get how im locked out yet other people were still able to play..makes no sense. I can imagine how many others it happened to as well. To just be told tough shit is just shocking to me. I didnt cause your servers to crash
