Not true. And certainly not just a WPN thing. What is true is that those miner's fees are turning into more of a profit motive for those who run the computers on the blockchain.
Those fees will kill BTC before very long as it becomes more expensive to use BTC anywhere.

I haven't owned BTC long enough to know for sure, but something changed drastically right after I bought my first BTC in the first days of Dec 2017.

If the value of BTC diminishes enough, it could easily crash out of existence, because it has lost any value it had to bypass traditional money channels.

I bought into BTC at the $400 - $500 level. Not a large investment. Made one deposit at ignition Poker and regretted it immediately. They applied all of my bonuses to the casino side where my poker play did not apply. I had enough play in 3 weeks to clear all of my bonuses before I noticed what they did. Customer service showed no mercy or understanding of their error. No apologies. In the end, after several emails, they gave a $25 credit for the poker side. Far less than what I had cleared and what the BS ads had promised.

online poker for the USA players living in 46 states is unlicensed and unregulated. These sites answer to no one but themselves. We play because they are all that we are offered by our own governments. So, we are at their mercy. Even when they print it or say it, it does not mean they will follow their own words.

Let the players beware. About half of the player base is freeroll players. Why? It is easier to have your account frozen and your money stolen if it never came directly from your pocket.

That is one of the reasons that makes sites like CardChat so important. They give this group an opportunity to play with the lowest possible risk of personal loss. Several other groups sponsor or offer freerolls as well.

ACR is, IMHO , the top site for offering these games to us. And one of the most responsive to complaints.

If a site does not offer you what you want in games and/or policies, then let others know and do not play there.

It is our only option right now.

GL, God bless and enjoy a safe rewarding holiday season everyone. :icon_bigs :icon_sant :icon_bigs

Maybe read my post properly, it says OTHER Crypto Currencies, not Bitcoin. For instance XRP, BCH, LTC, ETH all carry fees of less than a couple of bucks, not 40$! Just ripping people off as they can't send BTC as the BTC blockchain has 300000 unconfirmed transactions. Way to go ACR! Looking after us as usual I see.

Was about to make my first deposit!

Why do you charge $27.50USD to deposit crypto currencies? You say on your saite it is for miner fees, but if you know anything about crypto, fees are nothing like this, especially for like XRP. What a joke!
Oh wow I am glad I saw this. I was just about to deposit via Bitcoin, but then I read this. Thank you MadMurkin.

Fees are real... Not for poker site profit.

Oh wow I am glad I saw this. I was just about to deposit via Bitcoin, but then I read this. Thank you MadMurkin.
BTC fees have climbed with the price of BTC. $13,200 to $13,900 is the current price USD for 1 coin. I have included a chart of the recent history of transfer/transaction fees charged via the blockchain mining operators. They are currently as high as $60.00.

ACR has chosen to pass this fee to the players rather than absorb it themselves. You do not have to like or accept it, but they are not making any money from these fees. Simply use a cheaper coin or more conventional deposit method. Right now, BTC is too expensive for small deposits and withdrawals.

Sorry gang. Real life.

Good luck and God bless.

Do you even read the post? It says nothing, I repeat nothing, I will say again just to make sure it gets through to you. This is not about depositing BITCOIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

It is fees they charge for depositing any other coin but BITCOIN, I repeat yet AGAIN FOR THE 10TH TIME, THESE FEES ARE FOR other CURRENCIES, NOT BITCOIN, DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW?
So Bitcoin can charge 3 million dollars if the like to send money, I am not talking about their fees. I am talking about fees for currencies that have no mining fee yet ACR charges you 40buks to deposit. Yer of course they are not profiting, ROFLMFARO. Luckily I don't have your business degree or I would be broke by now.

If John 3.16 would leave the replies to the ACR rep like the questions are aimed at then maybe you and others won't get so frustrated.

Keep the truth, facts and common sense out of it, huh?

Oi Oi Oi.

Of course, you are correct. And I will take your advice and allow ACR to handle the topic of their fees. Thank you for taking the time to point that out to just me.

Enjoy the holidays and the symbolic humorous uploads ... :heeeellll :saint:

I can answer that for ACR. Just turn off auto muck then you will have the option to show or muck when the hand is over.

It’s December again, and before you know it, the ball will drop and the calendar will jump right back to January.

But before we say hello to 2018 and get ready for our biggest year yet, we want to take some time to look back at 2017

Suggestions

Heynow, I just started playing on ACR and love your site. I have a few suggestions for you. It would be handy if you could see your balance on the main page without having to go into your account details. I would like to see "one up" sit n goes added( I.E. 6 or 8 handed top 50% win), these are the best odds of winning. It would be nice to see some smaller tourneys and sit n goes for players with smaller bankrolls. All in all, you have a great site! Thanks!

You're welcome and thank you. I forgot one thing that my ocd can't let go, lol. When a tourney starts a message comes up "play will resume in 40 seconds". You can't resume what hasn't started...lol!

I'm glad to have this ability of this forum to talk to an ACR rep. One more thing, I often have trouble with disconnecting on your site(and I see it happen to many others as well). Can you look into strengthening your server? Thanks again!

Normally we do not have connectivity issues, this depends on how good is the internet speed or it depends on how many applications you have open at the same time could produce a lag on the App.
