Software issue I've had more than once: I click sitout playing stud as a pot is being pushed before the next hand has begun and definitely before I've paid an ante, but then I get dealt into the hand anyways and sitout gets unchecked so if I'm not paying attention I get dealt in the next hand too. On Pokerstars, you can sitout in stud anytime before you've paid your ante and if you sitout too late it definitely deals you out next hand.

I sent this particular case to the tournament department so they can take a look on this.

And as if ACR heard my cry the site is back. Was out about 10 mins it seems. Thankfully no real damage done to my chip stacks. Curious what happened ... lol

Hi, for checks it depends on which type you choose. Via FedEx takes 10 business days and for the Free check could take maximum 6 weeks.

I really enjoy the software of ACR. They seem genuinely interested in keeping traffic to their site. I honestly prefer the company to pokerstars who has recently raised rake. Keep up the good work ACR!

Now here is an issue for your tournament department perhaps. The info tab is not updating in my tournament currently. I've attached a screenshot showing that I'm 11/38 when the tab is stuck on 25/31 with all info incorrect.

The lobby is meant to provide you with the most accurate information regarding the game players standings, however, its accuracy depends on your computer available cookies space and RAM available. In case the information is not updated in real time please make sure to clear temporary files and cookies and avoid other programs or sites that may create a conflict with your bandwidth.

This been said remember that info displayed in the lobby is for referral porpuses only, the actual chip counts are the ones displayed on the tables
