It's now been two days since I last heard from support. You'd think a poker site would want to really help people deposit.

I was looking in the cashier section at both ACR and BCP and noticed the option to deposit via Bitcoin was there, however, there was no option to withdraw via Bitcoin.
Is there an option to withdraw via Bitcoin at these poker rooms? And, if yes, why do I not see this option available.

.

They don't want you to withdraw any money. Keep it in their account where they can use it.

Have you made a deposit using bitcoin? I have, and I see bitcoin as a withdrawal option. Maybe that is the issue. I am not sure, their site doesn't say it requires that you used it for deposit.

Anyway, it is there for me. Not sure what is happening for you.

That's probably why. I haven't deposited with bitcoin yet, I will have to and see what happens then.

Thanks

Indeed I wasn't able to. I was getting a white screen where the deposit function should be. I emailed support, and they gave me some suggestions but they didn't work. I emailed as such last night but haven't heard back all day.

I apologize for the late reply, I appreciate your patience. Could you please tell me which Internet Explorer you have so I can check this with the IT department.

Hi, I apologize for the late reply. As Vinnie said, first you need to do a deposit (wait 24 hours )and then the Bitcoin withdrawal option will appear. If you need help please let me know.

No software download or ACR account is required. See all the details here.

ACR Not Working on Mac

I understand it's a Beta version but I was able to use it for cash/tourneys until about 5 days ago, since then not at all. I called customer support after it wouldn't let me log in and they suggested I uninstall, then reinstall, which I've done a couple of times at this point and now when I click on the icon/App it won't open at all. I checked my security settings and I don't have anything blocking it. Is this a Mac issue that is being worked on?

Thanks

Error message denying access

I am not sure what the problem is. I played on ACR Monday but when I tried to open the poker client on Tuesday I got a message the poker client was performing an illegal operation. So after chatting with support, I finally decided to uninstall, restart my computer and download again.

After reinstalling ACR, I tried to open to play and got another error message

Windows cannot access the specified path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer at least 15 times. I actually was able to open the poker client and out of curiosity closed it to see if I could reopen it, but to my dismay I got the above error message again. I am frustrated beyond frustration. And when I try to delete all the files from my computer I am told only the administrator can do this. Guess what, I am the only user on this computer.

Can you please help me to get rid of any and all files once and for all so I can reinstall ACR and play poker again? Your attention is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm really sorry about this whole situation. Could you please be so kind and take a screen shot of those error messages so I can check them with the IT department.

Thanks for asking, but I called them Wednesday evening and emailed Robin pictures of the error messages. Still waiting to hear back from them. It seems as tho there is something in the software download that is corrupted because I've been able to download and open the poker client, but after shutting it down and trying to open it again, that's when I get the error messages. All suggestions/solutions are welcome.

Thank you for the feedback, our department in charge is currently doing new avatars, will be released very soon! I sent the other suggestions to them so they can add it to the development list.

Hi, I spoke with one of the IT agents. Please be so kind and try the following steps:

1. Add exception in Anti Virs software for ACR exe
1. Uninstall ACR poker client from Control Panel
2. Delete all files related to ACR poker client
3. Install again ACR poker client

Let me know if it worked.

I had this same problem several weeks ago. What I found was that some how due too reasons unknow the AmericasCardroom.exe file was duplicated which created a file AmericasCardroom.exe(2) that would not uninstall.:mad:

1. Uninstall AmericasCardroom client.
2. Find the AmericasCardroom folder.

321acr

3. Open the folder and see if there is any file left in the folder.
4. Delete any files or just delete the whole AmericasCardroom folder. If you can not delete the folder you may have to power down and back up before deleting the folder.
5. Reinstall AmericasCardroom client.

That is what I did to get rid of the error message. ;):D

Good Luck!!

Thanks Shempstir!!!! In safe mode was the only way I could delete those files, which I have done too many times now. This last install on Goggle Chrome, the others were on firefox, microsoft edge and internet explorer, seems to be working for now. I have closed it down once and it did reopen. We'll see what happens after the next shut down. But I will follow your suggestions if, GOD FORBID, I get that stinking error message again.

First, I can't find in McAfee how to add an exception. The problem is as Shempstir says, when downloading the software, there is a glitch that also created a file AmericasCardroom.exe(2) that would not uninstall. Thru safe mode I was able to uninstall that and reinstalled the poker client, and so far that hasn't shown up. I will be shutting down my computer when I go out this morning, and hopefully when I get back and try to open the poker client all will be as it should be, KEEPING FINGERS CROSSED!!!! Thanks for your help :)
