Very strange indeed, Today I login but any click I make and plop... Site gone. All my challenges are gone too and no levels are shown. I have written 4 emails but other then auto message no answer. Anybody else with this particular issue.

Sometimes I login and site appears and disappears at the same moment.

What the hell is actually going on in 888 (Theory and Discussion)

I get it that they are in constant ddos attack. But, for how long? For three days in a row I'm having trouble playing or entering 888 Lobby. Even if I do get in, I will be disconnected for a mysterious reason.
So, Can someone explain? Why they can't solve the issue and move on. Is anyone else here having trouble accessing this poker network?
888Poker is sure in some deep trouble they don't want us to know about?

What I think is!
Someone or some people got access by hacking their database and negotiating terms of not releasing the data online! And 888 is not gonna negotiate that's why hacker group is constantly attacking 888 to make the deal.
Or another way, they are just trying to get access to 888 servers.

Anyway, This is just what I think, in reality I don't actually have any idea what is going on. They won't say anything. They just tweeted out about their server disturbance and apologised nothing more from them officially come yet.

Let's try and see what's going on instead of belly-aching about the problems...

I use Win 8.1 pro and Win 7 pro and could not access the site with the regular software. I tried with instant client on Chrome on both operating systems and no go again. I swapped to Win 10 and the regular software didn't work but the instant client worked...(I managed to bust out in one hand in the level up tourney).

I kept my task manager running during all instances to see what was taking place to isolate the programs involved with this site and saw what I expected. linux has far more tools to assess what is going on (Server ID, locale ping response time... etc...) but I have no intention of using Linux for gaming....other than Steam

Could some people look into their machines and see what, if anything, is not working or at least identify the servers that are establishing contact? Above all, don't state anything compromising. This is a perfect time for hackers to obtain access to accounts with everyone attempting multiple log ins.

So this continues.. I have been trying to grind out my bonuses and have not got anything accomplished except a few short sessions of SNAP on the web-App since its impossible to multitable. Its strange tho, because sometimes it will work on one device then not on the other and vice versa, but the majority of the time it doesn't work on any of my devices.

I really hope they get this sorted out soon. I feel bad for anyone who has money in a tourney or something to get disconnected. 888 is my favorite site, I really hope the find a way to stop the attacks on the servers.

I have the same issues unable to connect.
I am using Windows7 on the desktop I use for poker and until last week I had no problem. I have done everything I can think of to my computer and still nothing. Today I took my Laptop that uses Windows10 to a friends place and tried to login from a different IP address on a laptop that I have just loaded 888 onto and it is the same.
Like others have said the problem is from the source not our equipment.
