Usually I just like listening to music. Sometimes I watch poker streamers while playing. But, i found that when I watch something while playing i find it distracting and I make more mistakes. So usually I just listen to music and play so that I can focus entirely on my game.

I tend to watch the forex/commodities or the stock markets on a side screen if its during trading hours( habit my father got me into) and quiet music. In person I usually don't do anything but focus on whats going on.

i have 3 computer monters set up a 51 inch and two 20 inch so i play games and watch movies some times and on the other monters helps past long hours of cards playing
