Did you fold KK, QQ or JJ before the flop?

This is a hand from the freeroll last night. I called a raise then an all-in from the kings then caught the miracle case 9. The next hand I played was just as dubious but I hit my flush and was chip leader or second for most of the time after that. On the final table and in the money I called a raise with 10s then folded to an all-in. The all-in had A4 suited, the raiser had 5s. My hand would have held up and I might well have won the tournament instead of finishing 5th.

Would I have folded jacks or queens? Probably not, and almost certainly not kings.

The position, the stack, the number of people in the bank, the aggressiveness of the table, the money... you can discard at least something, they're just another card that will come... The main thing is to win! )

In front of the bubble, if I have few chips, I might throw the split J-J, but I can't throw split K-K or A-A.

when I am short stacked, I go all in whether it is bubble or not. otherwise it depends on the stack sizes of other players and mine.

JJ for sure , QQ I might , KK or AA is hard for me to fold , especially AA . But it depends on many factors whether I would fold or go for it .
