If there are only a few people left before the prize zone, then I will often throw away almost all the cards.
I usually want to get to the final table. So i risk even when I still not in the money

If your answer is NO please explain why.

If your answer is yes also, also please explain why and in what condition.
I have folded AA once preflop.
It was a satellite paying top 50, I was 27th, so comfortably in the prize zone. There were 54 players left and I bigger stack ahead of me shoved, so there was no point in risking it.

I remember one time when I folded KK not far from the bubble when three players before me went all-in. They had QQ, AK and AA, and the player with QQ won the hand. I was very happy.:)

when we are on the bubble at a satellite tournament and I have a big stack and there are too many players all in you can fold quietly.

There are loose players sitting at the table and I know that even if an A-8 is already giving an ollin, then before the flop I will go A-A or K-K ollin.

what about preflop all in in early stage of a tournament?
I was talking only about preflop, post flop I assume everyone knows how to play.

if the tourney is hyper or turbo where blinds increase fast and we don't get too many hands, I will go all in.
otherwise I will not go all in , I will be patient and see as many hands as possible. Also try to see flop cheaply.

if I don't get any good cards or unable to see flops in the early stage of tournament and my stack getting depleted, then I go all in with premium hands like AA,KK,QQ,JJ, AK,AQ,AJ because blinds are increasing and I need to catch up.

if am able to win 1 or 2 good hands and my stack is good enough then again I sit back patiently and try to see as many flops as possible.

This cycle continues. Keep monitoring the stack size and blinds and play accordingly.

It is impossible to fold AA and KK, I don't think I would do it, they are very strong hands that I can't fold, it doesn't matter if we are in a prize bubble, I just can't fold hands like these.

When it comes to pre-flop, I never fold these hands, in the initial and middle stages, I can fold if the prize money is very good. Otherwise, this is a top pocket pair)

In a tournament if I was the first to act preflop I might push if I had the biggest stack and could not be eliminated.
However, if I had KK and the flop showed an ace, I might shut down and fold to an all-in. If I can be eliminated the decision is quite questionable.

Only in the bubble phase, but even then only when I've been playing for hours and the prize is close. It also supports the fact that I've had this experience before and have been eliminated from tournaments, as a short stack with AA or KK.

AA never . I would never fold AA . Maybe only in a sat for a expensive tourney , while being at the bubble . But generally no . KK is another thing . It depends on many factors . But if we are talking about a freeroll or very cheap game , yeah I would play it like AA

Yes, I did it in an 888poker satellite tournament, in which 7 people won. There were only 8 people left and I was in position 3. My decision was not to risk calling all-in with KK.

Poker is conditional...there are times when a fold is the correct thing...

Not often but it is possible...

Certain Multiways pots, timed games...if your at risk and your goal is to run deep

I folded AQ preflop also three players went all in before me. But they were not so good players. As found out one had AJ another QJ and one more 76. The player with QJ had 70bb and i had 100bb. Only because of him I folded. And sadly was to see that I was ahead of all of them and I would win.

i faced similar situation. i was tempted to go all in with QQ, but i folded. KK won against AA & AK. Many times i have seen AA lost to mediocre hands.

My worst defeat with AA is against 8 J offsuit.
i got shocked. i never expected someone goes all in with that hand.

Can you imagine that I had KK my opponent 44 and we go all in preflop and one of other players says that he folded K4 so 44 had less then 3% equity and they hit it on the river. That guy was so lucky that day. And me so unlucky having 97 % to win and loose(((
