Tell us the hand you know you should be folding pre-flop but you just can't resist playing. How much would need to be bet for you to lay it down? (Give an example of what your hand is - mine is Q9 suited).

Mine would be 23-45 with flush possibilities 🙃 assuming the opponent is aiming high.

For me, these are low suite connectors after 3bet (78/89/9T) and AQ - I constantly re-push and look at AK:cool::D

Mine are AQo, AJo as a call on a raise before me mostly, QQ, JJ as a 3-bet to a raise before me.

agressive with 22s, calling raises with 69 when I'm feeling playful, temptation to go all in on 72 pre flop and going crazy with JJ

Aq after a tight opponent 3-bet me preflop. I kind of know I'm dominated but then i play the hand anyway because it's just "too strong to fold", especially on micro limits or in freerolls. Similar with AJ.

75s is too pretty to fold even from UTG :p - so that's my answer for an open raise.
And if we're talking about some big bets being made or action already going on, or if I'm given action (meaning preflop obviously), I can never fold T9s :(
(and it's actually a long standing curiosity of mine - to check whether I'm profitable with this hand or not overall lol).

:as4::jh4: when it's been raised before me I know that it should be folded, but just can't let it go.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reset a good combination, even despite the big bets and even realizing a little that it may already be a draw.

Information....lmao - so for some crazy reason i have always had amazing luck with K7 suited. Madness of a hand to play but seemingly, whenever i fold it - it hits that board!

There are several hands that I fish around with... for this thread I'll introduce JTo. But if the bet is a third of my stack PF then it would auto fold. :)

My guilty pleasure in poker is playing pretty much any 2 cards from BB and if I think I can get away with it I'm likely limping any 2 cards from the SB as well and will even call pot sized raises preflop with them(when 100bb+ deeper in an MTT). With my overall TAG image when I hit I'm getting villains whole stack cause they never see that garbage coming from a TAG player.

Cheers!!!

KQo facing an all-in.
Very hard for me to lay it down while still some voice in my head tells me I'm at best flipping to lower pairs or being crushed by AK,AA,KK and QQ

For me, the cards I can never give up are 9s and 5s of the same suit, assuming I'm waiting for a flush or even a straight or small straight.

For me there is no specific hand, it will depend a lot on how the hand comes to me, if it is a cheap price and I have a healthy stack, why not take a look at the flop, especially if I have connected cards of the same suit or a low pair, the chances of me hitting a monster on the flop are good.

I admit having a weakness for 9T suited. I feel like I have to play it whenever I have it. I only fold it if there is an all-in bet or two before it's my turn to act.
