Each format has its pros and cons. I prefer cash games for the flexibility, but tournaments bring that final table excitement. What about you?
I prefer tournaments because tournaments bring me more profit than cash games. But I only play MTT tournaments and I play them only with the money I win in freerolls. This way, I don't risk my own money and actually get income from the game without risking anything.

With tournament play, I find it boring, especially when you get a lot of rag hands that have to be folded (resulting in a low VPIP) which means other players pick up on this and probably fold when you bet with a good hand.
With cash games (especially fast-forward) you don’t have to wait as long and it is harder for players to pick up on your style of play.
With tournaments, yes you can win big but only if you make the final table, but you can be knocked out at any time resulting in a waste of time.
With cash games you can also win big, and if you lose an all-in you can always buy in again (this is where money management comes in to play). Fast-forward games are not nearly as boring.
Sit n Gos are more interesting in that they do not take up as much time, the method of play is different, and they are easier to win (keeping in mind you can also be knocked out by losing an all-in).
For these reasons, my choices are fast-forward games followed by Sit n Gos and then tournaments (which I still play).

Both have their charm! Tournaments offer big prize pools and the thrill of survival, while cash games give more flexibility and deep stack play. Personally, I lean towards Tournaments ¿what about you?

I only really play tournaments now - 1 buy in and then try and win some cash and I enjoy the tournament process!

I prefer tournaments, cash games have more strategy, poker is better to play, but it's harder in my opinion, that's why I prefer tournaments.

I like to play a lot of cash games, but I also play tournaments. When I have time and desire to play long tournaments, I do it. I think everyone chooses the most appropriate one, but both game modes are very good.

Tournaments I like more . But also sngs , they are not bad if they last only two hours
. From cash games I like zoom format . But tournaments are more fun when I am not tired and I have a lot of time to play , which nowadays is not the case

I have ADHD and currently my attention span is terrible I find Fast Forward Cash perfect for my attention when I know I won’t have patience in a MTT.
When I do I usually play hyper 6 max or turbos - I struggle with 8 min rounds - and I usually will always late reg maximum 30 mins of late reg left. I’m pretty good with a short stack so don’t worry about late reg. If the average is up to double starting stack I’m comfortable joining late.

With cash I find it a better pay off/time - I can sit out whenever I want - but on the flip side you can lose more faster. I only play micro and limit myself - on the whole I hate losing so if I’m not having a good day I just stop playing.

So in answer to your question it depends on my focus on that day but cash to me is more profitable and flexible.
