I don't have the patience to play cash, I prefer to play tournaments where the prizes are higher

I prefer tournaments because, according to my statistics, they are the most profitable for me. Cash games did not bring me such profits as tournaments.

I much prefer tournaments because I still feel young in the field of poker I feel that I have not yet reached the level necessary to be able to play cash games really comfortably, I much prefer tournaments but the level of play has become more difficult in any case I wish you the best of luck

If I could choose I would prefer to play cash games because I can play when I want and quit when I want, but I can't because my cash game results are not good. My tournaments results are way better than my cash games, so, I have to accept and be a tournament player.

Cash games - it's more fun/enjoying more, when I get bored I stop playing and do something else...🧘‍♀️😂

It depends on your goals and playing style. Tournaments offer big potential rewards, as small buy-ins can lead to huge payouts, and they provide a thrilling, competitive experience with escalating blinds, but they come with high variance and can be time-consuming. Cash games, on the other hand, allow for more control since you can leave anytime, have lower variance for more consistent profits, and offer deeper strategic play without escalating blinds, but they lack the massive jackpots of tournaments and often feature tougher opponents at higher stakes. If you prefer big wins and competition, tournaments might be better, while cash games suit those looking for stability and deep strategy.

Still my opinion hasn't changed (I answered in a similar thread once before) and I choose tournament poker. I'm not bad at low limits cash games, by the way, but I don't like to give a fee to a poker room. So I like stability in the form of buy-ins more.

When I first started playing poker, it was 16 years ago and it was live poker, at that time I liked cash games the most. My goal was to win a few good hands, earn money and go spend time with friends, in a club or a bar. Now a lot of time has passed since then and my attitude to life and my interests have changed. Now I am more interested in playing tournaments, they have a competitive spirit, there is an ultimate goal, at least to reach the final table and at most - to win the tournament. And this is an indescribable feeling when you win a tournament, at these moments you understand that you have achieved the maximum in today's game day, which cannot be said about cash, in which there is no limit. In general, as for me, playing a tournament is much more interesting. I get much more pleasure from playing in tournaments.

Each format has its pros and cons. I prefer cash games for the flexibility, but tournaments bring that final table excitement. What about you?
Tournaments all the way ... if you have the time. There are so many spots in tournaments where people adjust there play style and you can notice and take advantage while others might not. For example, people are tight at the start and tight right before the bubble.

I prefer tournaments, where when you win a bonus or even a championship, you feel a sense of accomplishment, which is much stronger than winning in a cash game.

I like tournaments because they have brought me more profit than cash games. I especially like tournaments on weekends because I have more free time on those days and my lovely wife is usually at work on weekends :)

I prefer tournaments because cash games are more difficult for me. Tournaments mostly increase my bankroll, while cash games decrease it.

As practice shows, playing in tournaments is much easier. If you are just learning, then the learning process will be easier and less expensive. Playing cash games, you gain experience and knowledge faster. By the way, players often switch from cash games to tournament poker, and not vice versa.
