Sometimes luck helps, but if you're going to depend only on your luck, you'll lose money.
So for me the skill is more important

j've often wondered exactly what skills players have or need to have. Can anyone categorize where skill comes into the equation. Some will claim that bluffing is a skill. However if you bluff at the right or wrong time are you lucky or unlucky. Poker is a game of chance, you have no control over the cards you are dealt, or the other five cards on the board. Compare poker to chess.

I think having poker skills out weighs the luck factor most of the time.

Skill is the most important but also the luck have his job in poker....for me is 70% skill and 30% luck.
