Someone please define what ROW players are? Google offers not much help and it is either a Volleyball terminology, or some very esoteric game theory term.

But I have seen this term used a lot describing our situation in the online poker world in regards to the events and aftermath of BF. I have no decent clue.

'In the latest twist in the ongoing saga, it would appear that potential new owners Groupe Bernard Tapie have struck a deal with the DoJ which would also permit them a concession not even yet afforded to pokerstars. Namely, Full Tilt may be permitted to re-enter the US market in the eventuality of online poker legalisation in the States.
