Does anyone get angry at slow players in every hand?

In a series game sometimes players have to take their time to make a decision, but in a quick game they make me annoyed

Well if I am being slow, in a tournament. It is because my wife is asking me to do something. Or it could be cause , my kids need something. I never mean to be slow. That's is why I like , playing online from the comfort, of my own home. That's the only thing, with playing online poker tournaments. The family can ask for anything. One of the reasons I like online. Just like if an emergency, came up you can address it. When at casinos, you are far away from home. So emergencies come up, it is good.

It's all a part of the game. I act fast and aggressive at the table. I think about things a little too fast. I think I might slow down a bit. Take some time to think things though a lot more. I don't use all the clock but will use some of it.

I dont mind if a player is slow to make a decision but some play in too many games at ounce and are slow . I have noticed that when a player is slow because of too many games they bet faster with good hands than with bad ones.

I was one of those players insta-acting. I was also multitabling and automatic game was pretty much describing my game. Also slightly annoyed when someone was repeatedly taking his time.

Now i see it as a massive leak in the game and here is why:

While i understand there are players out there who are just looking to kill time with some fun, I guarantee this game is much more fun when you think of more options you have when your turn comes, not only as in fold, raise, call etc but as in what bet size is appropriate, what my opponent's bet size is saying about his hand, type of opponent you face in the hand and many other characteristics.

After all, time is relative. It is the decision that matters in this game. Good decisions require more time. Give us more free time and timebanks!

Yes who doesn't but I've got use to it they can't get for those slow players you can't get to me lol after all the years I've been playing I've seen it all so keep your so play going andown keep people frustrated I keep taking there money

I definitely get frustrated when players let the timer run every single hand. I know sometimes it can be a strategic move to run the timer about but not every one. I am such an impatient person it really gets to me but I never let it affect my game play or decisions.

I don't notice it to much. I usually have 3 or 4 tables open at a time.
Heck, sometimes I probably am the slow player.....LOL

Its usually because they are playing more than one table, no point in getting angry, it can be frustrating but thats online poker for you.

I if I only play one game at a time Then yes I get a bit frustrated with people who like to “think” on every hand.
But if I play three tables I don’t really care.
Maybe if you are frustrated with the speed of play it’s time to up your multi tabling.

We just had this issue today at the pokerstars cardchat freeroll, it was really frustrating to 7 players out of 10 taking forever to act and usually its a fold!!!
I understand when its the bubble and you have almost no chips,but once in the money ,why keep stalling? to move up 50cents in the paytable?
cardchat management should adress this issue ,please

Getting upset with the slow players only effects your game, thus could end up helping the slow player win . . . I like to think it is the players slow 'processor' that is the culprit not the player themselves . . .

Getting upset over slow players will only affect your game and could cause the slow player to win in the long run. I often wonder if it is not the 'slow player's' processor causing them to play slow as opposed to the player just playing slow.

Some players play multiple tables .. There is no point in being angry with them.

I can understand slow play when in an MTT and the bubble is closing in or sometimes when a player is multi-tasking playing more than one game, but if it annoys you and starts to put you on "Tilt" I would try another game, The main thing you need to remember is Poker is a game where patience is a virtue.

Hell yea it sucks. I do it every now and then if im playn multiple games and jus slow. Players that do it everytime dont relize it or care. If its bublling the money i see alot of it. Good luck.

That does seem odd. Usually things get jammed up at the bubble, but once broken though all hell breaks loose.

playing slow i feel is a tactical thing used by some players to actually make you just that "angry" or get fed up to just throw you off your game it happens to me most times when i'm leading a table someone just decides to slow down the gameplay to end up folding other times persons just do really have network issues and lags but playing poker gotta have a good mental space to play focusedly
