Here's the thread if you want to discuss playing the micro limits https://www.cardschat.com/forum/learning-poker-57/august-micro-thread-157848-new/

Nevermind being up or down at a table, even a session, wait for a sample of thousands of hands (more really) before even starting to look at results...good to review specific plays from a session though.
cheers, DW, totally forgot about that thread, will go jump in.

Don't really worry about either the total or each table. Look at each hand and determine if you played them right. If you do that everything else will take care of itself.
yeah, guess that was what i was thinking also. cheers.

Fixed your graph to help ease your mind, Case. Really, part of the upswing had to be variance too, but sucks when it all comes back at once. :dong:

Played some nl€200 last night, flopped a set on the first hand and got stacked by the biggest fish at the table, (gutshot and one over ftw) he progresses to loose it all to the biggest nit at the table over the next 10 mins.

Bah I suck at poker but more at cash games with my tiny roll gonna try build up through sngs before I try cash again. To be fair I have lost mainly with the better hand but my roll cannot afford aces being sucked out on and the like, hope I can win a few sngs.

Haha. This is one of the biggest sinking feelings I ever have at a poker table. It's like an idiot clown accidentally took you money and dropped it into a black hole.

I 'spose the bright side is you can get it back! You just need to whittle it out of the nit one blind steal at a time. :D

Sounds like the Postgresql service is not running. What if you try to start it first? I am pretty sure there should be a way to manually start it from your start menu.

Sorry, no specifics - but if any of the security settings got reset, you may have to walk through the Vista FAQ in their forum. Also, you are running as sys admin I assume? gl, sorry i know i'm not being a ton of help...

EDIT - I think caps is right above, ignore this :D

yeah its a postgre issue and i know how to fix it but aperantly my computer dosent want to me to have a running comp and PT3 at the same time.
I need to disable UAC and re-install Postgree but as soon as i disable UAC my computer, like all good vistas should, crashes.
Restarts, blue screen, and then when i manage to get it going all my setings are gone(saved passwords ect) but PT3 will run.
When i enable it again my comp is fine :S.
I really hate this vista crap :(.

Will def check the Vista FAQ out since security settings had to be changed.

Thanks guys :)

Im hoping that when i finished re-installing postgree i can enable UAC again and all will be fine, but you never know with windows...

Sindri, was postgres working before with UAC on?

I got a new PC with Vista a few months ago, and I had to completely disable UAC, firewall, defender, everything, to get postgres to run with HEM. I use AVG to protect me, I have all that crappy windows sh** turned off all the time.

Haven't updated vista yet.

Whats your plan if the flop is A72 or KQ3?
Some particluer reason why where not shipping this prf?
Cause puttin 1/3 you stack and folding a flop is probably mistake imo.

But yeah NH. You still in it? let me know if u go deep :).

case thats starting to look like my 50nl graph lol!

Haha, I hope not!...I think i'm through the worst of it, had a +4 BI day yesterday. And that was with losing a Top set to bottom set three way all in pot when the villain rivered quads:p So I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, just definitely shakes your confidence when your having a down swing like that.

Back to 10NL 6 max though I see? It's a shame they converted you to the dark side:eek:

New favorite villain. He's calling down everyone with any pair. And since he plays so many hands (90% so far) he makes a pair quite often:
