If my opponent doesn’t mind, I would definitely glance at his cards whenever possible. I don’t consider it cheating—cheating would be physically altering the game, like turning his cards over to see them. But if he’s holding them at an angle where I can clearly see, I won’t hesitate to take advantage of that. In poker, players are responsible for protecting their own cards, often by covering them with their hands. If he fails to do so, that’s his mistake, not mine. For that reason, I would use the information to my advantage while playing.

I would never intentionally look at an opponent’s cards. I would inform the dealer if this situation occurs.
I personally make sure that my hand is protected (to prevent the hand being drawn into the muck or looked at).
Being a retired dealer at one of my local casinos, I have seen odd things happen which can cause problems between players (and also dealers, me included).
Keep the game a gentleman’s game.

I never want to see the cards of the opponent's game 'not that I cheat ', but after seeing them, making a comparison with my cards, I might lose a big pot that I would miss if I didn't play this hand!I think it's a gesture to steal his chance to win and it's not fair!

I’d make a genuine effort not to look at his cards — even if he’s being careless and dismissive — because poker should be played with integrity.

Technically, it’s not cheating if an opponent exposes his own cards. You're not breaking any rules by seeing them if he makes them visible. But there's a fine line between passively noticing and actively trying to gain an edge by watching. The spirit of the game matters. If you’re intentionally peeking every chance you get, especially after you warned him, that crosses into ethically questionable territory.

Even being something I acted on ethics and he refused the help I would still keep to my moral and not take advantage on it, but I would taunt him/her everytime I win a hand on them..

Just so they keep thinking about "did he see or not?" and stop being an idiot!

I feel that ultimately all the players have the responsibility of making sure they are not flashing their cards for others to see, so whether you look or not, the player not protecting their cards is causing more harm than the person looking.
