Usually there will be clauses in contracts that prohibit hiring employees away from the sub.

If i'm understanding it right then this.

I used to work as a contractor for the people I am permanent staff with now, they have to pay a fee to the contractors to release workers from their contracts.

I had to wait until my contract was up and my work made a permanent position open for me to apply for.

Joe Bob, make sure to double check your contract! This is why most companies don't hire temp employees from temp agencies within a certain time frame, because they'll have to pay a fee to the agency. IF you do go on the interview, and you are under contract with your current employer, make sure that your prospective employer plans on paying any fees. Hope it all works out for you!

I open AQs in the CO. 11/9 ish guy 3bets like 2.5-3x from the blinds, he's not a crazy 3bettor and is 3betting like 97% for fat value with a big hand, can we call IP anyways and see what happens?

Say we do and the flop comes 26J with 2 of our suits, he cbets like 2.70ish into about $4 (this is all from memory b/c i forgot to put it up last night), is it OK to just shove over that with our 2 overs and FD, vs KK+ we're 42%, add in AK, although I dont think he calls with that, and it prob gets better.

Best way to exploit this guy is by folding to his 3bets and deny him action.

Other than QQx or flops where you hit the NFD you're never going to be happy about getting it in. We can't call to really try to out play somebody with that tight of a range. Against super tight ranges we basically out play them by stacking them when we hit and folding when we don't, but with that call you're going to be doing a lot of folding .

I just fold pre.

^ Yeah

Just fold. If you are getting good odds (if he does smallish 3bets) then you can probably set mine because these are the ideal guys to set mine in 3bet pots. If he was polarised then it's better to just not set mine because implied odds kindaa go out the window.

The guy is so tight you can just exploit him in other ways.

Doh, I called flop came down 26J with the nfd and overs, I shove over his 3bet and don't get there vs AA, straight away I thought the call pre might have been the biggest mistake!

Yeah, calling 3bets with AQ is usually going to be a pretty huge mistake.
