Poker is about making the best decision at any given time. Even if you make the right decision you're not necessarily gonna win the hand or the tournament or even cash. If you have pocket aces and get it all in preflop you're still gonna lose 18% of the time. You made a great play and the best possible move you can make there but it doesn't mean you're gonna win and that's where most people forget. Poker is a long term game and the best players will win long term but that's the whole thing you gotta remember it's a long-term game. Professionals can go on losing streaks of over a year. It's just variance in the game and one thing about poker is it's a very math oriented game. If you're making good decisions all the time you'll do fine long term if you're making big errors yeah you might win a big tournament today but long term you'll be a losing player. .

Will a player who makes the best moves in a tournament, playing brilliantly, cash or win the tournament by making the best choices?
What happen if all player on each table do that as only one player will win?

I think a better question is how in the world does this kind of negative thinking help your game....
are you looking for excuses or are you looking to improve👍

I think you can give your best, play brilliantly, be very accurate with each hand you play and that is not going to guarantee you winning the tournament, you must take into account the factor of luck, variance or whatever they want to say, always being there and it will affect you negatively a couple of times and in one of those it can be an important pot, playing like this can lead you to ITM, but as I say, luck or variance can affect it when you least think about it

For some it's luck, but for me there are good days, bad days, average days and very, very bad days, in which you say it doesn't matter how or with what hand I bet I lose, I was like this recently, the 1st day I didn't win a single bad, I started winning the play and ended up losing, on the 2nd day I won a few hands and from the 3rd day I think it improved a little, you can't always win and when that happens it's frustrating.

If you have enough control and patience to play brilliantly, intelligently, with the best hands... it can at least get you to ITM, but it depends on many factors that may be out of your control and that is why I say that with enough control and patience you can at least achieve ITM
yeah, some people never had any evolution in poker. I'm very thankful for that :D

Or if the deck doesn't help no matter how well you play that tournament, it simply can't be won.

What's your opinion?
We all have days when we are just unlucky, regardless of our skills, experience, patience or discipline. You just have to accept it and enjoy the game, regardless of the results :)

In perspective of matchmaking it's no point deal with the game there are no winner at the end...

Competitive process to achieve the prize at the end... If there are no prize, goal etc no one will be participate.

If he is in an excellent situation, and things go so ideal he will climb very high. The main goal is to preserve this ideal situation till your target, which is the top!

i think any tournament is winnable, yes luck has a lot to do with it, but put yourself in winnable situations and the odds are you will prevail.

It will be very lucky if you manage to win a big tournament. I think this can be done. But you have to be lucky with the card. Poker is not chess where you win only by skill. In poker, skill must also include luck.

I would say no. All tournaments are open for a win. You need the cards but should with a fair wind be able to win any tournament in theory. No reason why not.

Nothing is difficult or impossible, anything can happen, I don't go into tournaments thinking I'm going to win, I think I can lose if I don't have commitment and patience, so let's fight, good luck and success

I think it can be possible if it's a tournament with a small number of players, but in my opinion it's almost impossible to win a tournament with a big field without having any luck, like there's always a couple of decisive hands in every tournament and they usually decide if you go far or not in that tournament.

I think that there are no such tournaments; every tournament has players who make it to the final table and has a winner, which means you can win this tournament and any other tournament.

Hi :)
Of course, yes. There are no guarantees in poker. Even if you are a super professional player, it doesn't mean that you will win the tournament. You just have more chances than others, but not the fact that luck will be on your side that day :)
Good luck !

When a tournament has thousands of players it is more difficult to win it, it takes a lot of luck, rather than knowing how to play well.
