I have rules...First how many people in tournament then envision what have to do....I want to hit certain chips at certain levels....So lets take 100 people....I want to hit 28 people at a certain chipset...i want to hit 12 people at another chipset then depends how tournament is 6 man 9 man etc...so im looking for 8th or 6th place...then im shooting for top 4 then i get really more aggressive once down to 4...im watching for things i can work on for my chips bubble next payouts things can take advantage of that makes sense to me for chipstack....Its not an exact science....Yet i use the same structure in all mtts except bounties....Is places you can be more aggressive what will say is im old now and more likely to shove with 10 people then back in day for a race or whatever....Used to play a bit more like a rock and be ok with min wins....Now I dont do that....In league I ??? whether should really be way more aggressive with 20 people or play my old style which won a ton but not working so well in 3 seasons this time.....Is something im thinking on debating what can say is play at 4pm today and yes will be riskier earlier then in past....Take more chances to chip up seems a better motto and as said i dont worry on bubbles no more so results even though might not be as many great ones the ones have had have made me much more money cause i go for itHow do you play to win first place, and what is your favorite style at the final table?
It's true, in the final table you have to be more aggressive to steal and have more advantage over the opponent, but above all you have to know how to be tighter, and play hands in a profitable way.At the final table I play aggressive against tight players.Against aggressive players I play strong hands aggressive or try to get in cheap preflop with weak hands and hit a strong hand at the flop and send the aggressive player out of the final table.
