I play based on the table's vibe and don't expect to win first place because ICM is involved.
I try to make as much money as possible without taking too many risks.

If I am the chip leader I am super aggressive , if I am one of the small stacks I play tight and I wait for a good hand to go all in.

This is the optimal strategy, you have to be more aggressive if the stack allows it, if you have a short stack it is better to be tighter, what pre-flop opening range do you suggest when it is tight?

How do you play to win first place, and what is your favorite style at the final table?
It's better to play the way you know how. If you are generally an aggressive player, it will be difficult to become passive at the final table and vice versa :)

In my opinion, at the final table it is better to be patient and take risks when there are reasons for it. And in my opinion, it is important to be attentive at the final table to understand what to expect from your opponents.

It's better to play aggressive that way you can win the tournament.

In my experience, playing tighter has led to better results.
Of course, if you are the chip leader, it is easier to play aggressively.
And with fewer chips, try to stay in the game as long as possible in the hope of getting bigger money.

It depends on stack sizes. You have to apply ICM on the final table, if you are the short stack as I was yesterday then you need to shove all pocket pairs. After I did that I mostly folded my way to a top 3 with the occasional shove, it was a PKO so letting the big stacks battle it out was effective, no one was interested in my 22 cents, I was invisible 😂. So it also depends what type of game you are playing.

it's right, you have to activate patience and wait for the biggest winning hands possible and look for the doubling of the stack, otherwise you have to wait and be invisible to win more jackpot it also depends on the player's ambition

It is difficult to answer this question unequivocally. There are many factors that influence it. My style of play depends on the size of my stack, the playing style of my opponents, the position I am in, how many people are participating in the hand, and so on. If I am participating in a hand and the chip leader is playing against me, then in this case I will play more carefully and cautiously. And if, on the contrary, I am left in the hand with a player who has a short stack, then in this situation I will most likely play more aggressively, of course, it all depends on what hand I have and what the flop opened. In general, the style of play needs to be changed periodically, so that it is harder for your opponents to adapt to you. Against aggressive players you need to play more tightly and passively, and against passive players, you need to play more aggressively. You always need to be able to adapt to the table, choose a strategy and style of play in advance, there is no point.

Totally depends on stack sizes.
If your Chip Leader, you should definitly play a little bit more aggressive, while chosing your opponents very carefull, (stay very aware when playing against big and short stacks, since bigger stacks can compromise your stack and short stacks will push you all in when you try to steal blinds).
If you are short-stack you should play way more tight and push or fold.

ICM ("independent chip model", or, 'how much money your chips represent') comes in factor here aswell, if the pay jump is really big every decision is a big one, so generally you should play more carefull in final table and let the remaining opponents risk their stacks.

Hi :)
I think you need to take into account how your opponents play and determine your own game based on that. But in general, I'm more inclined to play aggressively than passively when it comes to the final table.
Good luck :)

at the final table the icm is very important for decision making, and generally no one wants to fall before a short stack or get involved in a big pot against the chipleader, all care is very important to be profitable in the long term.
