I find myself getting tired and bored after a while in tournaments and I always end up doing something stupid and going on tilt sometimes because of it. Anyone got good advice for how not to do what I constantly do.
Maybe you can play a few more tables at the same time.
I listen music some times.
When I have less than 4 tables left I watch a youtube video or a stream on the same screen. Or just come here to Cardschat and see the what's new section.

The biggest tip is not to be tired before you play. Play on the weekends or when you have a good nights sleep. It’s very difficult to go deep when you are tired as you will eventually lose patience and lose your stack in a situation when you would not usually.

I have the same problem, I get bored. So, to compensate I like to play another table of HORSE, 8 Game, or Stud h/l.

Hello, I think it all depends on the interest you have in the game. If you get bored in a poker tournament it's because you're not very interested in it.
To correct this you could change the type of tournament you play. For example, PKO is an entertaining type that offers you adrenaline throughout the tournament.
Another option is to play satellites in search of more important tournaments that generate a great interest in you.
Finally, a valid piece of advice is to watch a series or video while you play. This will keep your mind focused on something else, which will give you more peace of mind and you'll last longer in the tournaments by not "getting tired from dedicating everything to poker."

It could me you are not playing stakes that are interesting or worth it to you. You kinda need to be vaguely interested in top 3 money, ether to add to your bankroll and allowing you to play better mtts or liferoll.

If there is no excitement, even slightly, then you probably going to look for an excuse to show so you can do something else.

Maybe look for some freerolls or quick sit n gos. But yeah, you probably need to ether up the stakes or find larger mtts. Or look at pkos mystery bounties

Sometimes I have this problem when have a long run with dead hands. The thing that works best for me to stay focused is music.
