I've noticed that every time I've been knocked out of a tournament I've made the same mistake.
I've gone all in.

Don't go all in and you won't get knocked out.
There comes a time for every player to go all-in at some point it's just an inevitable part of the game. Even if you are playing Limit Poker, Heads up, with the blinds increasing, even if you win every other hand against an opponent and they win the other hands, you will get to a point where both of you are all-in.
Players sometimes compare Poker with Chess, because there is a lot of strategy involved in both games, But in Chess you can get to a point where the game finishes in a Stalemate, where neither player is the Winner or Loser! Poker Never finishes like that, there will never be a Stalemate in Poker.
No one enjoys losing at any game, Even in Solitaire, if you Cheat, you are only cheating yourself, so why do it? My answer is if you cannot handle losing, then don't play! It's as simple as that,

How to avoid being eliminated from a tournament?! Hm, as for Me, this is very strange question! Because no one can't to avoid this!
"It's a Poker, Baby!" If only don't to play in any tournament generally! By my opinion, no one path! That's all!

I guess that happens to all of us. We just keep making the same mistake time after time. The thing is you just have to remember your mistakes and try not to make them again. Believe me it is easier said than done. Well good luck to you in your efforts.

It is worth adjusting your strategy for the game based on your stack. You should also pay attention to your opponents and your image at the table. But the main thing is the stack.

Yes. Stack is importent. You must always make sure to have a bigger stack than your opponent then you can force your opponent all-in. Your stack will grow even more then.

How to avoid elimination from the tournament, it also happens to me, but I'm learning poker, no two situations are the same, you just need to stay alive, imagine that the chips are your children, then you won't give them to your opponent so easily
Weird to bring children in poker betting.
Are you betting your children to may win your neigbours children to you?

It's easy: don't play... just kidding, the reality is that you have to try to be very calm and patient, in your case you say that you make the same mistake, so you should try to correct them so that you can progress, it is good that you know how to identify the mistakes you make and thus be able to correct

Man, I heard a lot of pro players saying that you don't need to bluff or to steal blinds at the beginning of a freeroll or a micro stake tournament. Now, I'm always having a good chance to be at the ITM (In The Money) of the tournaments.

Also, I made a post about freeroll satellite tournaments and someone talked about the ICM (Independent Chip Model). This changed a lot of my vision about how to play at bubble of a tournament. But I must admit that I need to study more about this subject.

When your chips are a few bb, then the only alternative is to wait for a pair of cards that are suitable for the situation and go all in. Generally the best is to make a big raise than going all in and risking all the tournament in a hand!

The advice is simple - you don’t need to win all the hands, but even without luck

I don’t think that this is the right advice not to go all-in in a tournament!!! It’s just that to play all-in you need to choose the right time and know with which hand and against which player to play all-in and everything will be fine!!!

When you live by the sword, you will die by the sword! It is neither good nor bad, it just is just the plain truth about poker.

It's ok to go all in if you have the bigger stack, then you can't get knocked out :) ha ha

You really can't play poker tournaments without going all in at some point. It is just part of the game. Also remember that in tournament s only 1 can win and the bigger the field the less often you will win. Just accept the fact its part of the poker game.

Maybe Andyreas saw the don't go all-in bit, whether you go all-in or not you will get knocked out, unless you are in first place at the end.

Always wait for the best hand to make the best move, go to win the hand and not to see the flop, and even then there is no way to postpone the variance.
