I loved powerlifting years ago. Never competed, never good enough. Skull crushers and static holds to work on the bench press. I could do only 365pds from a dead pause on my chest years ago for a few reps. Pick up 5 plates and squat 5 as well. All those heavy weights ruined my joints but it was fun while it lasted. Hope you get back into it but be careful!!
Oh well, we will see how it goes. I have 2 newborns now, I cant think about proper meals and training is impossible through exhaust.
My joints for now seems ok, but how long it will last? We will see
