I always prefer to do sports in the morning to start the day off right, it relaxes you a lot and helps you to be stress free during your day's activities, it works perfect for me.
I'd imagine i'd do that either very early in the morning or very late evening cause then there aren't too many people out there doing the same ...
But then again on the other hand i may easily be too lazy for that lol ...
In the morning, sports are stressful for the body, all organs are in a semi-sleeping mode, so stretching, yoga, walking are ideal in the morning, and sports and strength training should be in the second half of the day, for me it's perfect!
it depends but in general if i am not too tired in the evening then i like to work out in the evening because for some reason my performance is better in the evening . unless i didnt sleep much the night before and / or had a hard day until then already etc
the problem is though that when i train in the evening i have trouble falling aspleep (especially after cardio) for several hours because my body is so alert then
when i do cardio in the morning i have a lot of energy for the rest of the day
Has to be late, late afternoon for me, it's much cooler weather wise. Mostly mountain biking for me, dirt tracks, though forests, there are lots of them around where i stay..
in the morning you need to play sports, yes, but without perseverance, but in the afternoon until 21:00 you need to practice with perseverance in order to achieve something, and this is in any sport
Never in the afternoon but many people practice running in the morning. I was playing football many years and had trainings in the afternoon. Now a days sport only in tv.
