Being Canadian, I would have to put hockey at the top of the list, and the NHL is the best sports league in the world, I think. Also, our junior leagues (there are 3 of them) provide great competitive hockey at a reasonable price (around $20/ticket). The players are playing for a chance at a professional career or a spot on a university team, so its always exciting to watch.
After hockey, US college football is great, and I would follow that up with soccer and basketball.
Poker is not a sport, so I wouldn't include that on my list.
