Busting out is very easy to do, especially in live betting where you can see a -200 to -800 bet and it looks like a lock. The best way I have ever heard other than a percentage of your bankroll, is to divide that bankroll into 4 equal parts.

Then feel free to get it on with your 1/4 roll. If you win that day, add the winnings to your bankroll and divide into 4 parts again. If you lose it you still have 75% of your bankroll left.

Lost bankroll sports betting

I lost my share but never my whole banroll. But I seen a couple guys lose everything. They were on suicide watch. And one of them has been never the same.

It happened to me too. Lost a bet then I wanted to get my money back with another bet that I lost too and ended betting the rest to get everything back and lost. The only good thing is that I don't deposit my own money on my account. I play some freerolls to get a few £££ and gamble with that money. But it's very frustrating when you managed to go from £2 to £20 in a few weeks and then lose everything in 1 hour
