I highly suggest looking at the ELO adjusted point spreads at fivethrityeight.com

They help you identify the point spreads that are off.

The Ravens should have been getting about 4.5 pts in the matchup vs the Bills. This is why when I saw the line move all the way down to only 1 pt, that's when I placed my bet on the Bills on the ML.
