Celtics defeating the Cavs last night was almost as satisifying as when they won the championship in 2007.

honestly i think id be surprised if he left cleveland...i mean i could see him in a knicks uniform...but id rather see him in a 76ers uniform AND have allen iverson come back from gambling/alcoholism and WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP haha hey a man can dream cant he.

He's coming to Chicago. We can afford a max contract AND he can play with another legit all pro in DRose

If he leaves what a soul crush to Cleveland.

I think it is almost a certainty he's leaving. Think about what Garnett said in the press conference yesterday.

yeah i would be really shocked if he doesn't leave cleveland. and i don't blame him. say what you want about lebron and his effort or lack thereof. but the rest of that team is a mess. antawn jamison stunk it up. shaq is a shell of his former self. their coach has no clue (though i'm sure he'll be fired). etc.

i kind of feel sorry for all the cavs fans though. once lebron leaves that team is going down the shitter. will be pretty interesting to see lebron is a knicks/bulls uniform though

magic vs celtics, i can't wait! this is closer to what last year's BOS-ORL series should have been like except KG and jameer nelson were both injured. both teams have those guys healthy now and are better this year so it's more than just a rematch, it should be intense

Come play with D Rose in Chicago, LeBron!

Still - it was like he gave up there. What a pathetic performance by the supposed best player in the NBA.

I'm picking the Magic to win it all...

LOL @ noone commenting since the Celtics took game one in Orlando. Had game Tivoed and avoided any contact with all of the sports world. Celtics could have blown it late absolutely, but the defensive effort was strong, great fouls in the post on Howard, and once again Big Time D wins games folks. A high caliber team like Orlando will always make runs, but the C's jumped the gun from the jump and put Orlando out of the game at the beginning.

I expect some kickback from my post, if the Magic take the series late in game 6 or 7 AGAIN so be it.

Boston can match up. Healthy and unbelievable defense. Thats it. Case closed.

Also Tony Allen and Sheeeeed Wallace were key.

Bynum if he dont get the quick fix surgery for LA will make the C's a favorite against LA in the finals.

yeah im not sure what to say, orlando stunk it up early, a lot of that is because the celtics played great defense, some was just because the magic were making dumb mistakes and missing shots. they dug themselves into too big of a hole. valiant effort at the end but too little too late. bottom line is the celtics were better that game and deserved to win it

hopefully game 2 isn't as sloppy, i still think it will be a good series

agreed for the most part. I just dont think the Magic stunk it up compared to the C's just denying every part of there game plan.

I dont wanna say too much then later sound and look like a dummy but in game 1 on Orlandos floor the C's dominated. Thats a big deal for me

well the C's are a completely different team with KG in the lineup so i dont see how they are not a favorite against almost any team....i see them beating Orlando and LA

Well it certainly was a disappointing start to the ECF. Its just one game so I am not overly concerned. The C's were definitely locked in defensively but I dont expect the Magic's poor shooting or turnover issues to continue throughout the series. I dont see them losing 4 games out of 7 to any team but of course I am completely biased. Of course my opinion is based on watching this team play 95 games this season (couple of preseason games and every game reg and post-season).

A must win in Game 2. I hate to have one so early in the series but it is what it is.

After tonight's game, It would be hard for me to bet against LA. They killed the Suns. Kobe and Gasol dominated and Odom put up huge numbers coming off the bench.

hoping the suns and magic can both come back strong in game 2, i don't want any of this boring 2-0 crap

the difference is i still think the magic have a solid shot of winning their series vs the celtics, but i'd be really really surprised if the suns can beat LA

When a team shoots over 60% from the floor... I don't care who they are - Lakers, Suns... anybody... you can't beat them.

Kobe was lights out awesome. Suns may be able to get back into it with a little better defense, but there's no way you can beat a team that shoots 60% and gets fouls called on opponents at almost a 2:1 ratio.

2 point lead for the C's at halftime. Too close for my comfort. Lets go C's. Looking for a tight second half here but hopefully the C's can pull it out. We play better on the road. Need these wins.

oh my god that 4th foul call on howard was one of the worst calls i've seen in a while, he got 100% ball

how the hell do you call a 4th foul on a team's superstar at the beginning of the 3rd quarter without being sure? it's just ridiculous. how? what a joke, i can't even explain how much of a difference that one call could make in this whole series, with how crucial game 2 is

god i'm so pissed, these refs need to jump off a cliff

ahahahahaha did you just see the foul they called on gortott against glenn big baby davis??? OMG this is so unfair..wow...what a fkcing joke..seriously

LOL so redick calls a timeout with ~7 seconds left...the refs wait til there is 3.5 seconds left to blow their F***ing whistle and dont put any time back on the clock..ROFL ROFL ROFL..congrats u moronic referees..what a F***ing joke of a game...feel bad for the magic..they deserved that one and as you said blanko this game was critical and probably will cost them the series.

rest assured he will show up soon enough hes always on here  cant really gloat to much tbh though...cant really be happy with a "win" like that..i mean you can be happy that you "won" the game and potentially clinched the series with the "win"..but be real here...the refs totally botched the game here...i mean COMPLETELY..yea some missed free throws my vince sucked donkey big one..but the late calls and charges and the timeout delay..all adds up..and tbh again they (refs) were consistent the whole game with making calls against orlando in favor of boston....REMATCH imo LOL whatever..congrats on makin it to the championship boston...i only hope that in future games you can "earn" your "wins".
